I went with my girlfriend who had family there, so i was able to ask someone to hook me up, id be careful about who you ask, theres definitely people you dont want to meet in Michoacan. As to Oaxaca i can only speak about the costal cities like Zipolite, San Agustinillo Or Mazunto, and you can totally find hippy people that either have weed or know where to get it, I used to buy it in a fish store, hash too. I only remember one weed being exceptional, it had like mango pinapple terps and a very warm and social high that had you laughing and jamming.

Greetings to all. This is my first post here at ICMag. For a long time I have followed what is published on this topic of Mexican varieties, although I see Michoacán speck very renowned, I hardly see it being shared very often. Here I leave a couple of photos of a variety from Michoacán, sadly not so old, but still interesting. Thank you all for sharing a bit of your girls

Very nice Galaz! Welcome to ICMag and thanks for posting these nice shots.

Have you grown one this before? Are these pics from last year?

Mine are a repro from someone on another forum...I'm not sure they will finish outdoors here at 42n, but then again I have poor results with outdoor stuff in general due to living in the woods, and last year getting 30 inches of rain in July and August. I will try Purple Satellite again this year though because it is so early.

A quick question...
How do you mexi fans rate the Jarrilla de Sinaloa? Itching to get a pack but i doubt its a good buy for me, outdoors they won't finish here, indoors not sure if they will like it...
Could maybe use a male to bring some wilder genes to the oaxacan girls... Just thinking.

Cheers

I have grown it many years ago, for various reasons I could not smoke it, but I remember plants quite wld with a lemon scent, some females had pink hairs but I don't think they were long flowering, late October / early November if I don't remember bad...

I believe that Jarilla Sinaloa doesn't grow very tall, so in grow in growbox there should be no problems. In addition, it start blooms quickly, although it blooms quite a long time.
I believe that this is a strong strain. I had a plant which was strong just like Amnesia but it was more sativa than Amnesia. High was energy from 0 body.
Jarilla germinated badly, with 10 pieces, only 4. Jarilla was very sensitive to nutrients, if EC was> 1.2 leaves turned from excess food. There were no hermaphrodites, I made F2 and a few crosses. Soon I want to start with C'99 x Jarilla.
