Amazing plants reaper. Wish I could finish these types outdoors. Sorry, I'm lazy, didn't read all. What breeder was this?
Glad you got seeds too, always most important to me.

This herb contributed to many great parties, concerts and events of the era because it produced a very socially-conscious experience the feel good socially conscious high is what makes the Oaxacans shine, a kind and gentle highand mixed well with other psychedelics. Yeah, but with earlty 1970's Acapulco Gold you didn't need other psychedelics

Someone who grew it nowadays can tell something about the high of that legendary and mytical Mexican strain.

it does have psycedelic qualities smoked a joint today when i went outside the light an shadows was noticebly difffent was enjoyable just looking around mild trippy effect for sure ,but steady not crazy like acid like mild shrooms long lasting effect i only had two phenos both grown outside in uk so nothing like mexico one pheno had the familar flava i know as acaplulco gold which id smoked only twice prevouisly its a fruity rich flavour quite unique but remnants can be found in some skunk1s skunk haze, the effect is strong now after a cure im sure it would be a lot stronger grown in the correct climate i will like to try one inside under mh ,, its not the strongest weed ive ever smoked but a well grown pheno i think would be memorable easy to see how it got its legendary status back in the 70s one pheno was more speedy than the other i think a mix of the two would be quite a plant definatly potential there imo , try it ya might like it

A small bud broke off my Acapulco Gold so I dryed it and took a small toke, and I do mean small. The bud had all clear trichomes.

It was speedy and intense at first as expected then got pretty stony and stayed that way. Call of Duty was never more fun. What stood out was it is strong. Not that clear of a high considering the early chop. I got a full on high off a small toke. I did not feel the need for more.

Lots of euphoria. I like it, pleasant for sure. The early speedy part is not my favorite but it was ok as I was playing a game. Just sitting there it might get nerve wracking I guess?

At no point did I feel like I might not be high like some sativas can do. This reminded me all the time. I am writing this at 90 minutes after smoking. The feeling is mellow at this time.

Fairly dense feel to the stone after the first few minutes. Maybe it was there at the first but I was too tripped out to feel it. It is not boring anyways. I used white LED then 10,000K fluorescent and some lizard cfl at the last. Keep that in mind if does not live up to the story I am telling when you grow it using hps.

The old stories of AG are similar. Lots of euphoria, really strong high, tripped out feeling. I would describe the high I got in those terms. This must have thc close to 20% or I am just susceptible to the effects.

You're right...I have no reason to think they were any kind of pure landrace, beyond the fact that they seemed so unique. I guess I'm wondering if my descriptions of the two buds sound similar to any of the classic landraces that I have no experience with.

Don't go as far as to calling it landrace that was already discussed earlier on this thread it would be an heirloom or possibly a Mexican domesticated strain like how we Americans have OG and chemdog etc but I'm sure someone can direct ya to some information pertaining the answers you desire

How many more weeks do ya have left on the ag yesum?

The one I smoked will go another week so 13 weeks. The other one with lots of milky trichs will be chopped today at 82 days.

Even the lagging plant has some milky trichs on the top buds, but I got a lower bud with all clears.

Esko's Oaxacan @ 5-1/2 weeks-

Purple pheno right rear tends to be smaller.

Orange hair pheno. They're not old & fading, just orange. Never seen that before. Also darker green.

Most common green pheno detail. Most vigorous & best yield. Left rear in the first pic is extremely vigorous.

It is a keeper for sure, that is certain even now before it cures up. I hope it keeps getting better though. First few minutes of the high are special.:woohoo:

The high is feeling more clear now as opposed to the first test which seemed a bit more 'dense'.
