This run has 28, 4 rows of 7, nice and symmetrical this time.

I use promix hpcc and it takes ~3 bales so around 100$.

And with electric, nutrients and water for a 60 day cycle it costs me about ~2k$

Yep, I use about 5 gallons of cns17 grow, so I get 2 of the 2.5gal jugs. I don't really use bloom boosters much, just a single shot of hydroplex at .1ec at week 2 just for the boost of boron and phosphorus. I will drop the cns17grow and go to cns17bloom but that's not until week 6 or so. This run I've been using silica blast at .1ec basically every watering I've also been messing around with bud factor x for the chitosan.

The containers are 7 gallons.

Great grow! I love the Tahoe, I mess around with that one as well as the SFV. Great stuff. I was curious, are you using glass in those magnums? I'm trying to wrap my head around your grow as well as DJMs coco tree grow to get out of my 62.5wpsf comfort zone and into bigger 5x5per 1k footprints....

I'm planning on getting a SFV cut to pimp out. I love it.

No glass in my hoods ever. If I don't have ceiling height I use 600s instead of 1kws. Glass blocks light, gets dirty, and it makes the hoods significantly heavier.

Your going to love the increase in flower quality by lowering the light intensity. It's not guaranteed to increase yeilds, though its likely because your running more sqft/light, but the oil content and odor are far superior.

I agree super strongly about flower quality and light intensity. People don't realize what the par does to the oils and whatnot. Some cuts in particular just are so much better with higher lamps.

Really like the look of the canopy this round. What method 7's have the silver coating? I have the ones that have the actual glass lenses but not sure about any silver coating.

My flowers were 'loud' before, now they go to 11 :D

Yea, there's a few plants I'd prefer were a little bigger, but I'm happy overall, much better than last time.

I've got the coup hps+ there are two different glass lenses now. I even like wearing them outside.

Terpenes evaporate from heat. By lowering the light intensity this lowers the heat therefore making the herb smell and taste more flavorful.

All in all if you can lower your temps and keep the same intensity you won't lose weight and still maintain smell and flavor.

Infrared heat can't be cooled very easily, that's why even when its 20°f outside direct sunlight has a warming effect.

Infrared heat is not transmitted by the air, but rather the photons of light in the infrared spectrum.

Anyway, I don't think I'm sacrificing any weight. Infact by spreading the light out and running longer photoperiods I should be able to increase yeilds, but you'd have to understand par/ppf to get why that works.

new genetics

new genetics

Swung by genotype a2 Sunday and swooped the SFV, platinum gsc, true og, and fire og. Should know what's up in 4-6 months.

They could have done a better job health wise, but w/e maybe that's a future opportunity for me.

And since I was already snapping pics.

day 7

day 7

Things are crazy over here, I've been having to water twice a day, by hand. Plants are on some next level growth, so I decided to hack some guts out and hopefully stunt them a bit. I've been pinching the stems of run-away tops and weaving to fill gaps and open the insides.

Only half way done. Had to take a dab break, its going to take 3-4 hours to get this done. My back is screaming.

I better be on top of canopy management with this level of stretch
