I don't care about AC I won't be needing it. The roof opens and the sides roll up and I have 18k cfm of exhaust...I was just wondering about co2 boost in the spring for heat during the day and extra growth

Do any big plant growers in here leave the inner larf on the plant when harvesting to come back and harvest at a later time? Whats your standard for what to harvest and what to leave to get bigger? How long would you normally wait to take that second harvest?

Always take at least a second shell. Usually takes 5-8 days to thicken up, strain dependant.

I have an unknown strain that came to me labelled black cherry soda. It's not an early finisher but it seems like a gem.

lol, he comes in to clean up between the rows post harvest. He's a d-bag though, tries to bite guests and steal beers.

List of favorite large outdoor strains to get this bugger back on track?

Cherry Pie - Great finished product and the buds are nice and dense which works great in trimmers. However I really dislike the grow structure which tends to be spindlly and in need of support. The yields are ok because of the dense buds, but not what I would call "Large Plant" material.

Blood Orange from Bodhi - I grew out two plants from seed, and got two similar phenotypes. Both dead on Cali-o which is part of the cross. The buds are super large and fluffy, great bag appeal. I have a feeling the chicks will like this strain. The plant structure and vigor were both above average. With the fluffy buds, I would think one could still pull up to 8lbs+ of PM resistant buds. I would say this classifies as an excellent choice as a large outdoor plant.

NL #5 from Bohdi

Great vigor, bud structure, plant structure and bug/mildew resistance. The phenotype I grew out has a slight pine smell to it, but lacks that loudness. Yields are very good, and could yield 8+ no problem.

SSH from Bohdi

This plant is still growing, and I haven't harvested anything yet. With that said, it looks fantastic and should produce mind staggering yields. The two phenotypes I have range from standard SSH smell to a spicy haze dominate pheno. Growing in a greenhouse I don't worry about rain, but this variety will take you into late October so be wary for those who seasons are short.

Anybody else have some good strains they worked with this season?

Luther Burbank

I gotta give some props to BOG's Grape Punch this year. Incredibly dense buds, but was virtually untouched by PM or budrot, even in cool damp conditions. Would be willing to run again next year.

we worked with a lot of different strains this year, and the Ancient OG from Bodhi really stood out., hands down the best and biggest in my garden. I've never seen kush plants this big. Easy 10+ pounder if given enough soil/light

Also the Uncirculated OG x Pre-Soviet Afghan, from Source Genetics, has some serious big plant potential.

why would you grow same old boring wreck / dream /chem / jack / crack/ pie/ whatever, if you can grow kush trees?

And don't worry no actual bees were harmed during the grow. This one just happens to be lost in deep introspective thought for a while...must be an introvert

Did a final foliar of Micro 5000,sea stim, sea crop, pht cal, pht phos. hypercap, photomag. It's a revised recipe meant to fight mold and it done a damn good job so far. Now my patience will be tested with 2+ weeks till chop and some rain in the forecast.
