Hey Dr. I waited 4 hours for Sunset to show up. And agreed, the guys at the cup bought their cut and should be able to do what they want with it. But, honor above money, I still feel that it should be gifted instead of sold. Am I wrong here? I was under the belief that Sunset only sold the cuts to get enough money to get into the Cup, since it was quite expensive. Oh well, I guess at some time it is going to go commercial. But honor still trumps in my books. Just my 2 cents worth.

Looking forward to the trees, your's looked great. Any pics of that mango and how did she yield?

When I have my cuts ready they will not be for sale and for damn sure im not giving them out to a clinic/med shop to destroy the goodness of the glue. I bought my cuts at the cup 1 to get the amazing glue that everyone was talkin about, I had a feeling that it was going to win 1st place,2 I want to hook up some of my close friends with the opportunity to get the chance to grow some real deal kill bill before its gets watered down like the 100 different types of og,s, also to give out for free to a few local hobbyists who only grow 1 or 2 plants a year and are amazed with the plant growing process, who would really appreciate some fire! 3, the cup was expensive for vendors to get in and bring the public what they want so I had mo problem donating a lil $$$for some cuts and some flowers of the glue. It was worth every penny and by having these cuts I will be able to make a lot of people happy and silly stoned!

There is enough tree for every one! Bless

my neighbor crushes it with Platinum Bubba trees every year.... usually get at least 5lb per plant so i guess not that big of trees but they do get over 10 feet tall and very flavorful

That's great for them, but platinum bubba isn't peyote purple and like you said, 5 lbs is a ok size. A big tree has 8 LB+ on it.

Time to throw down seeds in a few weeks, we are popping a bunch of Kush Cleaner, Urkle x Kush Cleaner , snowbud x Kush cleaner, bubba x Kush cleaner , blue dream x dog/witches weed, dog bx1 ..the Kush cleaner was made by loran it's SFV x jacks cleaner2 , I crossed bomb threat with the Kush cleaner line last spring and have a nice one out of that I'll put out as a clone and probably do some cherry pie too.

This fall I want to make SFV bx1, Kush cleaner f2, triangle Kush x Kush cleaner and more bomb threat x Kush cleaner. I just need to pull some males, reverse them and figure out which one is best

Every one here is doing Cherry pie, SFV, blue dream, green crack, trainwreck.

I wouldn't fill up a field with gorilla glue, maybe two or three at most to see how they do and stick the rest in the light dep to get the market ready for something new in the fall.

Im pretty sure im not going to do only the glue there is a few other ones I plan on some og, hogs breath. Bubba kush, some tahoe ogs, blu widow, blu wreck, star dog,and im alos going to be workong on some crosses that o plan on making of a mix up of the above strains

still debating strains, but for clones so far I'm planning cherry pie, whitefire alien, dream queen, bubba OG, gorilla glue, 5Gs red, 5Gs purp and 5gs red x Blue Dream pheno selected by fisher15. i only did 4 clone varieties (blue dream, green crack, chem4SD, cherry pie) in 2013 and while its nice to mono crop i feel like my people are getting tired of blue dream and sour, but cherry pie still going quick because of the smell.

for open sun seeds gonna do some ganja rebel mostly 5gs, OGxCD, asteroid from DG (pk x nevilles haze), tangerine dream x plush berry, grape stomper bx2, mostly stuff that I've seen good vigour from. for greenhouse popping more OG crosses like coastal collision (ecsdxsfv), my Fire Louie projects, and my skywalker and animal cookies x fire alien projects.

lots and lots of work to get done over the next few months prepping things for a possibly rough 2014 with the drought. water water water.......any butte county guys want to chip in on a water truck lol.

I cant remember when I harvested it. I see a picture of the buds hanging with a date of 10-20 I think. It was late, but I feel that was because it went in the ground so late, and was indoors before that.

Hey dr. Purple very nice size colas were the herbs airy,/fluffy or did it dense up from being outside? 2nd ? What size pot did you have your glue in outside last season

I was baked one night and started ordering things off attitude seeds... ended up with Dinafem White Widow, Deep Cheese, OG Kush, and Serious Seeds Bubble Gum. Now I'm reading White Widow and Bubblegum are more geared towards indoor... I'm definitely going to pop the Og Kush and I might try a few of the others. I've got my standby Blueberry OG which will be about half of what I grow this year...I'm getting some ACDC clones for CBD patients...that'll be about 1/5... I lost my Blue Dream cut so I might end up going to Haborside for that--I hear they have good BD...definitely going to do a chunk of Blue Dream.....thinking about doing only 1 ChemDawg#4 this year after experiencing it's lack of longevity in storage... And, somehow I'm going to manifest some Gorilla Glue #4 clones. And that's it so far...and things pop up as planting draws closer so we'll see!

The GG4$ grows great both indoors and out. I would think its yield would meet or exceed that of green crack and blue dream.
I have plenty of all three here to smoke, and guess which two never get smoked?

Someone asked about the Nevilles Haze. That plant put out pounds. The buds were medium density, and super high quality. The flavor was a wonderful bitter orange peel, and the high was excessive. The Mango Haze yielded even more. Very popular smoke!

Backyard Farmer, respect. i basically agree with you and i realize that platinum bubba isn't peyote purple. All i'm saying is in my experience some bubbas can yeild well, i have seen them push 8 lbs. i said 5 average and that's in 200gal smarties.

try to lighten up bro, you have posted a few replies to me that come off a bit standoffish. I may be misinterpreting you, as one is wont to do on the internet. but i think you should try to burn a bowl or two before you get on icmag.... it might make the uneducated masses like me more tolerable.

I've run two White Widow cuts outside and they will want to finish mid Oct at the earliest. They also weren't very dense. The smoke was dull but potent, just stupid, confused stoned. Bubblegum on the other hand should have better structure with an earlier finish.

a 5# average in any garden is awesome and takes mad skills, don't let kids fool ya. im doing mostly sour d and chemdawgs in my deps. I still haven't decided on my full season plants but I want a few to be jaeger. anybody else like that stuff? I love it once in the morning with my coffee. how well does the cherry pie handle mold and such?
