Hey Lord B

What a great thread :D While safety and security are a factor to take into account, I think it's great to have this info (and properly ilustrated) available.

It allows us to learn, to dream, to do...

Keep up the good work, and keep us posted! :joint:

Hey Lord B,

Sorry, to hear about your plants. Sorry, if i'm asking something you already now. If your plants are in pots still. Punch a bunch of holes all over the bottom and raise them off the ground some. The some what sun your having and them bring off the ground some. Should drain them out. Just trying to help out. I was wanting to see how well that OE did outside. I'm still digging in my collection of pictures to find a picture for you. Can't remember who, but they grew the OE out in some dessert area and did out without any help.

Any ways, your going to love that pump. I used one at work last year and they rock!. They are also pretty easy to replace the impeller. If the impeller was to eat some junk and burn it up. No worries, you bought a kickass pump for sure. Well, thanks for the update and good luck with the grow. I'll try and find that outdoor shot of the OE for you.
Take care,
BG

I'm afraid so my friend. The rain has officially destroyed my girls. :badday: I never thought it could happen here, famous last words huh?
Things are still looking up though, the grow room has been totally re-vamped to accomadate for plants to be put out nearly year round. I may be able to sqeeze off a small outdoor harvest before the cold comes but with the weather this season I'm not holding my breath. Meanwhile, we've slowly been gathering certain elite cuts for the past two years and I'm happy to say that the list is nearly complete! All that's missing is that elusive Roadkill Skunk ;) ;)
I got my flavors, my plots, and my barrels are filled. Next season it's on like Donkey Kong!!! Inshallah

Awww sad to hear but yea you know well be here next year. Maybe some type of tarp will be needed early in the next season for you? You had such nice plots! Damn at least your safe bro! PEACE

I feel your pain. I'm a couple of hours SE of you. Planed on a dry summer, dug 2'x2' holes , filled with potting soil and water crystals, it must have rained everyday in our area for June and July. Holes were swamps, lost DPxSK#1 and Hashberrys to root rot. Our nursery had Afghanis and 2 different breeders Durban Poison in 4" pots. they have survived and went into the ground last week. Will have to rethink how to do things next year. This is the strangest year for weather I've seen in my sixty something years. Good Luck next year

Guess who's back....???

Guess who's back....???

Gonna try and sneak in a small harvest before Winter rolls upon us. Finally got around to setting up the Plan B spot. It's the clasic gravity fed rainbarrell/auto-irrigation system. Just a two-way manifold this time.

The pair of Sour Mist mothers that we decided to put out. 15 gallon pots, in a mix of peat and perlite/vermiculite. Feeding with Hygrozyme and Botanicare products.

They were about two weeks into the 12/12 indoor cycle; which is about where we're at outside right now. I figure we should have about six more weeks before things really start to cool off down here. It usually dosen't freeze until mid-late December, if at all.

We're also using a new sprinkler head to water with. It seems to be working fine and it's cheap!

More pics to come, wish me luck!!!
