The labs aren't secret. Their intentions are. "Biological Threat Reduction" is how you give legal cover to an illegal and clandestine biological warfare operation.
If you believe we need bio "safety" labs in Ukraine (next to Russia), you might believe just about anything.
If you believe Russia would conduct these operations 'for no good reason,' you might believe just about anything.
Why would the US have bio labs over seas? To skirt US laws?
Think: Wuhan Institute of Virology.
If they are so busy curing diseases, how come there haven't been any diseases which have been cured?
Why are they withholding cures?
Why does it seem like they create more infectious diseases than they cure?
Why is Bill Gates so confident that a new pandemic will emerge (rather than a cure for some disease)?
