These types of programs were initiated in Vancouver with safe injection places. The success of saving lives and preventing disease was amazing. I worked on the Rat Park experiment. That too was illuminating.

That's good. I often say, "any good thing can be done badly." So, I do believe in the potential for lots of good to come out of various programs. But, if there is corruption involved obviously, the results are going to be...well, San Francisco (for example).
