I choose an attorney based on what they can do for me. I'm not hiring them to work for the prosecution.

Guns don't commit violence. That's a ridiculous phrase. And if someone commits a crime with a gun are there not already elevated charges? The problem with gun laws is they aren't enforced. Libs just want to pile on regulation on top of regulation so it's a hassle. Doesn't make anyone safer.

Regulate or prohibit.
