any particular reason you didn't use lacto? if for NO other reason it would probably reduce the stink factor of the process & finished product.yer a good sport about it though....
I try
My jug-o-ferment is still rotting away unnoticed... looks like it'll all break down to a gallon finished...
I filled it with dandelion, nettles and comfrey but didnt use lacto or anything.
truebesides... the bacteria needed to break down the material are in the air and on the leaves anyway...
i have to ask... what kinda fermented stuff are you already making? feel free to post up some of your (hopefully deliciously edible) fermentation recipes... I've been wanting to do sourkraut or kvass; kind worried i wont eat them and it will go straight to the compost pile.Avi dude your avatar is killing me!!!! F-ing hilarious.
Thanks for the inspiration to step my fermentation game up. Already ferment a bunch oh stuff why not for the plants too
Bier. Chile paste. Kim chi. Kraut. Chile paste was my favorite addition to the lineup last year.
That sucks but glad it wasn't widespread. I want to see those bubba lime cookies!
