The Trump administration quietly changed the definition of both domestic violence and sexual assault back in April but the move has only just surfaced. The change could have significant repercussions for millions of victims of gender-based violence. The Trump Justice Department’s definition only considers physical harm that constitutes a felony or misdemeanor to be domestic violence – meaning other forms of domestic violence such as psychological abuse, coercive control and manipulation no longer fall under the department’s definition.
Under the Obama administration, the definition was drastically more expansive and was assessed by domestic violence organizations.

Exactly wrong...impeachment is a tool to get rid of a prez that everybody says he fucked up...it simply wont work on partisan only grounds..it will look or be one party trying to oust a president of the other side...it must be something overwhelmingly bad that everyone in the country agrees is egregious to the country..regardless of party
That's why the bar is set so high for such a remedy....if it falls short you must let the peoples vote to remedy in the next election...hence a 4 yr limit...to use it as a political hit job
Lowers the standard of what is impeachable ..then you have a precedent of a low bar for impeachment and every president from this moment forward will be impeached just cuz hes the opposite party....PBS is covering the trial and this question right this min....
