Biden does have majority support of the black vote last I checked.... But like I mentioned, it's a lot of "default" type of support by people who loved Obama, who vote democrat but don't pay attention to policy, old people, etc.

Basically the strategy behind Biden is ride the Obama coattails into the ground, hide him as much as possible from the voters, and inflate him as much as possible in the polls and media so that Dem voters eventually believe the support is real and not completely manufactured. After all, if institutions of perceived authority such as the media keep repeating something, it must be true
