dude was/is a major player in the NYC real estate market.
You do -not- become successful in such an field, in such a market, without being corrupt. Long and documented history of this. Just need to be determined enough to look for the info.
On the other side of that coin......
I do applaud Trump, though, for staying out of the fights, or trying to remove the US therefrom, (Afghanistan, for example) but, in turn, also showing spine where it IS needed...…(China and Iran to name two)
The last thing we need is more senseless wars that do nothing to better America or our security. Trump seems right on, there. This, I like.

Also, say what you will about American terrorism, Iran does more then their fair share of exporting and funding terrorism in a much more dangerous, and vital, region of the globe. All while openly expressing their desire to eliminate a peoples from "the face of the Earth." The US has no such position with any nation or people.

I don't have the answers. I don't know a way out of this political polarization that has a death grip on our beloved country. I wish I did...
I do know the 'career politicians' rely on having us at each others throats. It makes their career more stable because neither side is willing to meet in the middle and cede ground to a member of the 'other' party......they gain in power the more the people are divided.
Hence, my position of term limits being high on my list.....number one, actually, to get us going in the right direction where we, as a nation starts to heal and trust one another again.
Because, right now.....its been decades of political posturing that has gotten us in the position we currently reside.
I don't know....
Just throwing thoughts out there. I have no interest in "my dicks bigger' type arguments. But, Im all for discussion with meaning; sans emotions.

I'm getting more and more afraid that this might be the only way.
I remain optimistic and hopeful that it doesn't come to fighting, violently, with my brothers and sisters just because we disagree politically.
But, if we keep this socialism trend, Im afraid, there might not be another way.
socialism/communism will kill this nation even more so than revolution.
I pray this trajectory can change.

I sure hope so, Hempy, but, judging by the wide majority of mindless posts in this thread, alone, I think we're a long way off.
I love this country.
I served this country.
I laced up.
Active duty USMC.
Very proud to have done so because I know the world power that we CAN be.
I believe in the beacon of freedom and justice that we CAN be.
I believe, when TRULY united, there is no amount of nukes that can squelch that......the pillars of freedom and justice reside in -all- normal citizens of the world and we -all- strive to attain this...

We squander it. Most of the dolts posting in this thread have no idea how good we really have it here.
I, truly believe many of the people here would like to see this country fail out of nothing more petty than spite. Look, I hated Obama. He was a snake charmer....a smooth talker.....but, did I want him to fail??? HARDLY! Trump is a complete asshole. I think, most agree there, but, where I differ from half of America is I dont -want- the guy to fail. Thats sophomoric and, frankly, moronic to want your leaders to fail.

If I had the answer to that, I'D be running for office to do just that, Hempy. Even though I don't have the ego or narcissism required.....
I would do it just to have that end result and ride off into the sunset. No pay required. No special healthcare or security detail for life. Achieving that goal would be more than enough reward.

Too much "my side is better than your side" bullshit to see a clear-cut path to unity.
There's just
Too much finger pointing.
Too much corruption.
Too much passing the buck.
Too much hypocrisy.
Too much spite.
Too many extreme elements (right and left) poisoning the soup.
Too much big state vs little state crap going on.
Too much "Im better than you are" crap going on.
The list of ailments is long. And, frankly, all of those capable of cutting through all of that to unite the country, in my opinon, are wise enough to keep the job they currently have.
I truly wish I could give you an answer, Hempy. I care deeply for this country. Even for those that may disagree with me. Or think they are better than me.
At the end of the day, we all sleep in the same barn.

Only 20 patients tested positive for COVID-19. No ICU, no deaths.
This is a 90% reduction in infection rate compared to the rest of Italy
For now, in support of this "prophylaxis" effect, there is a recent publication, involving 211 people. It was published in the International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents, the official body of the International Society of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy. Of 211 people exposed to Covid19 positive individuals and subjected to prophylaxis with hydroxychloroquine, none were infected.
