I really really really like that ebb n' flow set-up for vegging!!!! All homemade and shit, looking super fabulous!!! Higher temps in veg is what I've been preaching to a buddy for over a month now.

Tried to tell him that mid-low 60's is ok, but they really jam in the upper 70's lower 80's. Now that were not in the artic tundra season anymore, he's seeing with his own eyes how the warmer temps speed up growth.

I also really envy your reflectix room!!! Soon mine will be looking like that. Just as soon as I can get duct tape to stick to stones and mortar, lol. If ya couldn't tell I'm in an old ass basement, and none of the walls are wood, not a single fucking one!!

Thanks for the view under the hood. I stored 1375 gallons in late fall to get me thru the winter months as I have no water in the barn. Turns out I probably only needed four of the ibc totes but I wanted to err on the side of caution, not knowing how much the new room would use. I actually was just talking to a company that would run water from my house out there with a frost free hydrant. If I could get that done and move my minisplit compressor outside I'd have enough room to build a new veg room and tear out the wall separating my main flower room from my current veg and double the size of my flower room. Also considering just building a new 30x40x10 barn for the added ceiling height. Decisions decisions...

I'm gonna rock a ebb and flow tray for pre-bucket veg as well. Got a 2x4 nesting tray somewhere out in that barn. Went from Root Riot cubes into 4"x4" rockwool blocks that I'm hand watering now. In the future I'll prolly skip the rockwool and just go RR to rocks.

yet effective, Fuck'n aye man how many gallons does your rig hold ?
I could go all winter and into spring with a reservoir that damn big !

Got the 3rd tray installed today along with a new reservoir that
I've been building too accommodate the extra tray... basically I
stole all the old parts and added a few more, nothing too fancy.

Fix my T5 and added it for the heat factor... went from 72 up to 79 degrees, that's lil better for vegg'n in my opinion.
The extra 330 watts probably won't hurt anything either...

Hey LyryC, The clear duct is the inside layer from the insulated stuff,
I'm running it like that cause I need the heat, maybe this summer if it
starts too get warm in there, I'll strap it back on, we'll see how it goes.
As for the rooms being mirror images, it's the "if it isn't broken rule" !

DubtripOG, thanks man it is mighty shiny, you could get some 2x2`s
and frame in a corner in your basement, lots of folks up here have
them old stone and mortar walls... couple hundred bucks and bam !
Agreed on the warmer temps, as for advise... all you can do is lead
them in the right direction, what they do with it, is up too them.

Third, someday soon I'll have a barn too, then look the fuck out, lol !

problems, I will be building a new log home over next few year and
you can bet your ass that thing will have some ceiling height too it !

LyryC, Just the facts... and other pertinent stuff.

Sir, yes sir, still getting used to the new nutrients, so far it's all good,
it's easy as shit too mix and they seem mighty effective... $ cheap too !
As for the plants directly under the 1K, it probably wouldn't be quite as
pronounced if they weren't like 10 inches from the fixture, my bad for
letting them get so damn tall. Got a plan for that with the next run tho.

Hit them with a fresh reservoir on Monday, they seem too have begun
swelling up a bit as a result, if this keeps up... I anticipate that it will,
this should be one of my heaviest harvests to date, can hate on that !
Day 40 for the Gorilla glue...

Hey Silver, that's a bit chilly especially for the Gorilla glues...
I've noticed the Nightmare doesn't seem too mind "much" but
the GG seems too need it a bit warmer. I ended up putting a piece
of Styrofoam under my cloner and adding a heater during the winter.
Butt... to answer your question, about 70ish works pretty well for me.

Been busy overhauling my dirt bike... started with a smoked piston
and (as usual) ballooned into a complete rebuild, fuck'n OCD baby !

I'll get some garden pics up after dark tonight.
