I did my home work and my away work too !
I went there . Just over 12 months ago . And I will be going back to Sakon Nakhon the home of the Thai stick in a cpl of months . As far as I know the 1 million seedlings didn`t make it to my friends and their family .
Because they asked me for seeds !

A lot of Thai folks are very conservative and were waiting to see if the laws stayed firm . Several people I talked to re growing said they didn`t trust the police and were waiting to see how things played out .
The deputy PM who pushed these legislations through is no longer in Gov .

I proposed partnerships .They said rubber trees are legal and have a market . We know that industry . Kuncha is new and unknown . They said , lets wait and see .

The people from the home of the Thai stick asked you of all people for seed, and you somehow think it's all rosy in Thailand ? Why would they need seed if it's the home of Thai Sticks if it's there.

The only person on the ground in Thailand who found anything close to good Thai was BC and where did he find it in Bangkok in the way of a pre rolled joint.

Every one else who travelled all over Thailand found zero decent Thai, let alone great Thai.

The common name is ass eggs (huevos culeros) because indeed people smuggled them by eating them and then fishing them out of the toilet when arrived at destination. You say the high sucks but this is strange to me as we used to buy them all the time over any other kind of hash that was available. You had to use latex gloves to open the plastic wrap because they smelled like actual shit. Even having to do this which was obviously horrible and disgusting, it was worth it because they were made of the best quality you could find from Morocco. Because of their popularity, Moroccans started to make eggs with any quality of hash, and these were transported the regular way (not inside a person) but this is more of a marketing trick to sell lesser quality hash at premium price. I suspect you might have tried these ones, and not the "ass eggs" we know in Levante. Real eggs like we had in the 90s are really hard to find nowadays at least in Spain.

We call this double zero (doble cero) but this term has been bastardised for a long time and has become a way to call premium quality hash. But you can find double zero of different kinds and even in Amsterdam which by the way was a complete joke like everything else over there.

The doble cero I remember had a soft consistency and didn't need heat to crumble. Opposite to the ass eggs which were extremely hard and compact.

The growshop in Canary Islands that helped me get my collection of seed got busted by Guardia Civil and everyone there got punnished for shipping seed to South America this way

This and the supposedly 1 million high CBD clones who will be one day maybe distributed are not the same thing, those 4 strains were in Thailand for a long time and were not recently bred, only recently approved byt he Thai government that's a big difference. Maybe read the articles you post, from the testing we've seen from we know there was some CBD in the Tais seized by British police in the 70/80's, those 4 strains are old thai lines? It's one more proof the genetic diversity of Thailand cannabis is much bigger than how you try to portray it as only high THC. There was some only high THC, some various THC/CBD ones and some high CBD too as well certainly. Your insistance on discarding the proves who does not go in your way is highly concerning about your intellectual honesty.

still is , seems like it should be detached from thailand ,
the people in the north east dont trust the government at all ,
i have laughed at my friends father abusing the tv ,
they rarely if ever deliver on promises , like rice deals etc

they only get one chance at rice where a lot of other places get two lots of rice a year with the extra rain and channels , storage etc

but thats one of the reasons the cannabis did so well there , a dry finish was always assured , less likely in places like chang mai where there is lots of hills and mountains and jungle ...
