Thanks for the replies fellas..

Thanks for the replies fellas..

BG,
yes they are starting to take off somewhat...I will be looking today up close for early standout traits...

Alex
We should be able to tell a little more about the individual plants over the next month...Stick around for the show...

Blackmelo,
The leaves should thin out as the plants get bigger as this is my experience with sativas...

Chaman,
Great to see you around!!!I followed your sativa threads over at OG when they were up and running..Don't worry about the long post as this is a learning thread for all of us..Not many Thai threads to be found now so all info is greatly appreciated...
I will be doing some pure seeds and many crosses with the 2 lines as long as I can find some killer standout plants..
Will probably hook one of them up with my Neville's Haze also...
Chaman, stop back through and lend us your knowledge about sativa grows when you have time...I love Costa and have spent many long vacations there...I usually like to go for at least a month to these type places to really get settled in and not feel like I'm in a rush on my vacation..
Good luck with your grows..
Take care fellas..............................CC
I will post more pics up today.......

Potroast,
whats up my brother?

Capt, Glad to see everything is going well. I'm so curious to see these plants all together and doing their thing. Looking very good so far and hope you find some winner's in the bunch.
Take care

Pike, Glad to hear you got some of my seeds. Not many people got their hands on these seeds. Some of these seeds were sold, contest, and gave away. Not many made it out, because of my little problem with Johnny Law. I hope you do a thread or atleast post some pictures for us, but if you don't. I totally understand, but I'm happy your growing some. You'll be very happy with these seeds. Just make sure to take them to full term. If not, you will get a lower grade of smoke. Chucky found that out with the girl outside he had to harvest because of snow, but later on harvested some clones indoors and was blown by the difference in smoke. Let them go their full term and you'll be very happy with the smoke.

For those wondering about these seeds. They will be back instock one day down the road. On probation right now and waiting for that to end and relocate to a safe country to grow. Should take long and all parent plants are safe in different locations waiting to be placed together again. There will be plenty of seeds for everyone on the first run.

I'm very happy to see member and friends are keeping all these Thai's around and alive. As Capt know and other. I love the Thai strains and it makes me very happy to see others grow them out and enjoy their smoke. I think sharing all the info on Thai's is something everyone can enjoy and learn from and i'd like to thanks Capt Crip for sharing his thread with us. Means the world to me and i'm sure others.
Thanks Capt Crip and other's
Take care,
BG

Thanks for the kind words of support. I'm sure our friend CC will have something up on Seedbay when the site returns and the word i'm hearing. Is that it will return and even better then before, so no worries. Capt has his shit wired tight and i see a whole lot of killer crosses on the way. It's just a waiting game now. Waiting to see what becomes of all plants and making the right choices with parent plants, but i have alot of faith and trust with CC and know there will be some really nice crosses to come. The future is ours and we got to keep these strains around. I know i'll be doing my part once i get back and everyone is REALLY going to freak when they see me up and running full steam. You have no idea what is about to come. Just got to wait and let this probation thing get over, then i'm at new location doing my thing. Good luck to CC and everyone else growing these Thai's or any other Thai's. They are a special plant and will aways be in my garden. Take care everyone and can't wait to see more pictures and info.
Later,
BG

Mine has just put out her first hairs, she showed sex a few weeks ago, but till today do I see a hair come out ! Starting oposite phylo at 3plus feet when she was born Jan 18. I think she would be much bigger if I had started her in a larger pot, but thats not the goal here...its to controll her and not stress too much to avoid hermafradites as landraces can do that easy i've seen.

Shes doing great, gona take a few clones from the bottom very soon. My Thai P2 X China 's are coming along realy nice also with just a few days of life.

Oh I got to water her just about every other day...she wilts if i don't. Her leafs are droopy no mater waht how ever, very thai indeed as her Colombian sister from same fathers is very alike but has her leafs standing on ends all the time, but also requires water too often but am try'n no to transplant till the last moment, as if I transplant now, it will grow out of hand ! Need for it to flower more and show me she won't grow more before I transplant...Normaly the rule of thum is a gal of soil per month of plant in small plants, and in larg plants a gal of soil per foot tall, in each case i've already reached a limit and shes showing her disconfort by flower'n sooner and stay'n shorter so alls good :)

Cool & Calm

Damn

Damn

What happened to the shot of the Meao Thai in the first page? The budshot?
Did that cat bug out??

Great strain,....but the wait just kill's me. It is worth waiting for though, i smoke this quite a bit but this will be the first time i have flowered it out myself.

I'll post some pic's of my Thai soon [camera Busted] as the first of this staggered crop is on the last few weeks.

3 of the best strain's from the South East Asian area i have found in the last few years living here, 7 females in total, finishing on the balconey @ 13 degrees N.

One of them i'm sure is Meao i'm pretty sure looking at the pic's others have posted, but i guess i'll let you guy's advise me.

Peace

DG,here you go....

DG,here you go....

First pics are of the Meao Thai...Plants are 7 days in flower...7 females...
Short for pure sativa, highly branched ,slow start but take off after establishing root ball...Also had to wait there turn to get under the big lights..

BGThai is mostly harvested...Some nice some average....Some licorice flavors...Some odor flavors stronger bite, some not so...A couple of plants being looked at as keepers...Extended smoke test will tell...
Last 2 pics of BGThai...

Loving the pictures Capt. Can't wait to hear your final smoke report and what you thought of the grow. Really looking to your final report on them, good or bad. By the way, how long did they go. Thanks and take care

BG,

BG,

I shot you a PM with more detail..
Overall I plan to keep the 2 taller(best plants)plants...
They carry a cherry, licorice type odor..
Some of the others carry that wierd greeny odor flavor that does not sit well with my palate..
This is usually what I find with pure sativas..
Some nice plants and some not so nice..Good job overall and I will be giving 2 plants another go round to see how the clones do..
I'll post up more pics of both types soon.
Take care and be safe.......................CC
