@dubi
Is there a possibility of a Neville Haze x Thai? or Neville Haze x Zamal?
Are there any other projects involving Neville Haze?
I'm waiting for my Super Panama Haze

Hi @Everhaze thanks for your support, you are going to love Super Panama Haze :)

We’ve already released something similar to what you suggested with the Purple Zamal x A5 Haze and Thai A5 Haze hybrids, which are currently available, so that's not a top priority for now.

One day, we might reverse Nevil's Haze and pollinate various sativa mothers from different strains, similar to what we’ve been doing with A5 Haze in recent years.

I wanted to deeply focus on A5 Haze hybrids first, and that work is nearly complete.
Now, it’s time to shift to different projects.

I germinated several SMH seeds, all the plants are the same except this one which is very different, is this the almost pure haze phenotype?

Hi @mexican happy to see you growing some ACE sativas this outdoor season :) thanks for your support.
If she goes head in flowering compared with the other expression, then she is not a near pure Haze pheno, since such phenos are the lowest flowering. How is garden doing lately ?

SMH after 91 days. The buds are really hard, dense and shiny. The aroma is heavy woody, oily like WD40 or such.Without the last heatwave the terps might have come out better. I am really curious about this one.

Congrats on your harvest @orangina :smoke: buds look full of sticky resins. Happy the grow came to a good end despite the high summer temps. You nailed it with your description of the Malawi smell from your plant: engine oil! 👌

Hi @MrHamilton your harvest must be well cured :yummy: did you bite a bit the jars ?
if so, do you feel she has any unique qualities beside the odd growth?

If anyone wants a bit of a laugh take a look at these pics of a SMH grow I did years ago. I thought I could scrog her like a hybrid and underestimate the stretch. This is from when I first started growing pure sativas. It got so big I bought a second taller/bigger tent and move the two ladies. They managed to finish but were definitely affected by the move. Very stable, all that stress and no herms. These were clones from a single lucky reg seed that was female.

This pheno had a metallic and carrot taste that was very unique. Smells were very complex as described throughout this thread. Musk, wood/cedar, intense, a bit of gasoline/oil, lots of carrot and metal.

The high is one of my all time favourites. Soaring and psychedelic like Malawi with less exhaustion/dreaminess. Extremely euphoric like good Mexican psilocybin, up, fun, giggly in lower doses. Strong and disassociating in high doses (no ceiling). The edibles seem to carry the effect in a similar sativa way which is rare, (not much body, sparkly vision, no crash).

It’s similar to Panama x bangi haze in effect but I’d say it’s a more potent and a bit trickier to grow. Both strains make me feel a bit woozy with alcohol and can cause the spins even if I’m barely intoxicated.

I have another pack of regular seeds and can’t wait to try it again with a phenohunt now that I’ve got a bit more experience. Truly a legendary cross. I’m glad I made a ton of weed coconut oil and hoarded it in the freezer. I’m making a batch of cookies tonight to reminisce with!

Thanks for sharing your endeavors with Super Malawi Haze @Greencedar :) I'm happy to hear you got a really nice expression from your single female from regular seeds, both in terms of terpenes and effects! It usually takes a few runs to master the cultivation of a given genotype, the first try is often the hardest. If you saved the clone, keep trying and learning, results will improve significantly.
