Suga, thanks for the photo tips-I'm gonna go a cheap tripod now and explore my camera's macro modes. Your pics are an inspiration.
sundowner - hey man, no problem w/the double posting and my posts here are for others to check out and learn from so send them by. Interesting to hear about the NL being your favorite - I've heard JW's NL is one of the best maybe second only to Dr. Atomic's - but I imagine if you get the right pheno - do you know what seedbank his are an F2 of ? ... I used to get some NL back in the early 90's that was just awesome bud, piney, lemony, hashy goodness - I remember once the grower who we got it from let it go an extra week, 10 instead of 9, and you could see the amber - it was not to be messed with and sent a few people home early on more than one occasion...
Round leaf pheno sounds really interesting - how often does it pop up? once per 10 pack or do you need to throw down quite a few?
anyways I smoked what will be the last joint of NL x c99 for a while (still have 4-5 grams tucked away for a rainy day) and I was suprised at how much more the NL taste has come out after 2 years of curing - both in the smell and the smoke - still racey as all hell though and I had trouble getting to sleep that night - lol

here's some pictures I don't think I've posted in this thread yet... This was my last run under the 150 - I used a single Sterilite tub with a clone of burmese and a clone of femaleseeds grapefruit under a single big screen...
You can see how I tried to train the plant to form a stadium around the bulb with longer branches on the outside of the screen.

as you can see the burmese grew bigger than the grapefruit - yield was considerably lopsided too
grapefruit - she really "nobbed out" from clone in this grow - what's funny is that I prefer the smoke from the seed crop to the smoke from the clone crop - the clone is just kinda flavorless and seemingly not as potent which is hard to understand

Most cameras allow you to increase or decrease flash strength, as well. It looks like a lightning bolt with a plus and minus sign beside it in the menu. That way you can decrease and not wash out the subject as much. Other ways to accomplish that is to close the aperture some to let less light in or even hold a sheet of white paper in front of the flash to diffuse it. Try it some time!
I have the Atomic NL in my fridge and when I grow it out later this year, I can let you know the whole deal.

HempDepot, is where you can find JW's gear, and yes it's the samething...HE SELLS out as fast as he can produce..LOL Take a look sometime.... I went through about 3 packs of beans to find that one pheno, and she is the bomb man.. The leaves look almost like wax, or maybe a glossy appeal to them...You will definitely know when you have found it... Now, the other plants are pretty much uniform, and they are very strong to say the least....
The Nl99 is very much available, but you would not believe the people that are growing this, or atleast they are buying it...LOL JW is just having a hard time keeping up with the demand, and I've talked to him within the last few months, and he is doing fine, and keeping his head down, as you can imagine...
I've got some pics at pg, but they don't give credit to what the gear is really like... I can't seem to be a camera person.. Anyway, I hope this helps...One guy came by here, and then said to me, that he learned more in 2 days here, than he has in 2 yrs at the other place....So, you don't really know how much your helping those in need of good sound advice on cab growing...You sir are , an asset to the community...

simply amazing sugar bear, simply amazing. You, pipedream, red greenery and many others show the amazing bud you can produce on your own. I am almost ready to upgrade to hps 250 or 400. What wattage light are you currently using? I cant decide between the 250 or 400, the price diff is only 20 bucks or so.
