STUNNING CANDID CANNABIS PHOTOS GROWN EXCLUSIVELY UNDER LUSH LIGHTING LED!

I have seen some incredible things done with lush lights. I do want to one day get a lush. I think it was kushington farms who absolutely killed it with lush and has gotten lots of growers attention.
I have grown with diodes before and will soon do it again, any irrigation tips lush?

Hi Dan_Cooper!
Thank you :) J from Kushington Farms took a short hiatus but I'm glad to say that he's re-surfaced in California recently and is still showing his love and support for Lush.
As for tips, I'd say use the hydro halos. They clog a lot less. Simple to run from a water tank with a half inch hose.

beautiful shots

just a heads up, Oaksterdam U is a joke imo, and the opinion of most real growers here in norcal.

you can learn more for free online on this wonderful site of ours then you would by paying Jokesterdam any of your hard earned money.

fwiw

not trying to give Lush a hard time but Oaksterdam is a freakin joke and should be avoided at all costs, imho

The same goes for CTU. They're doing a side by side for HydroGrow, the joker in the LED forum. They might be fine people and growers, but it looks shiesty taking money from the new and ignorant for information that is free, more in-depth and interactive online here and elsewhere. Working with a snakeoil salesman doesn't really help their reputation either....

"Sorry for the confusion, of course plants don't get energy from nutrients, nutrients become the conductor for the electrical current. Our lights greatly increase the amount of current and energy with electrons 50% more powerful than what HPS can provide. For this reason, the electrical conductivity (EC) needs to be returned to natural levels. The water inside your plants is the conduit that holds the conductor, or conductive water. Since our light increases the demand for this energy, they will naturally produce thicker stalks and stems to increase the uptake of water. Ultimately, photosynthesis is the process of splitting water molecules, capturing the hydrogen and releasing the oxygen. Your transpiration will increase. To take this one steps further, we look at light not as a wavelength or frequency, but rather particles of energy. Each of the plant's light absorbing pigments are sensitive to the energy level of photons. The best way to describe the difference in lighting technologies would be to look at HPS as a 120 volt circuit. MH would be a 240 volt circuit. Lush Lights are a multi-voltage circuit like 3-phase. With these multiple voltages all traveling throughout the plant, they will be able to complete the electron transport chain (ETC). This is why penetration increases, even in areas that do not get direct light.[/QUOTE]"

That's even further off base. P-II photosynthesis is not the process of splitting H2O. It's the process of splitting CO2. Your fixture is designed to maximize P-II photosynthesis. That's what "flowering spectrum" means. Nor is electricity absorbed, stored, or transported in phloem. The ETC occurs in the chloroplasts. Light is converted to sugars in the leaves and the sugars are transported in phloem.

That's also not how electrical currents work in general. For reference, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three-phase_electric_power

I don't mean to bust your chops, but for the Gods' sakes... I think I'll pass. Might want to go back over the ad campaign with a pro.

theJointedOne,
That's odd, I've never seen anything bad about Oaksterdam. I guess Ed Rosenthal teaches some classes there. We went there a couple of times to drop off lights and visit. They were really nice. We seem to get a few large sales through them every month. Haven't had any personal complaints myself. Sorry that we've had different experiences. It's okay though, I didn't take your comment as giving me a hard time. You're pretty awesome in my book :)

Mikell,
Hope you're having a good evening :) If I understand your comment, you were saying that Cannabis Training University is bad too? We taught a class for them last spring and did try to see where we fit in with helping them, as they seemed to want to help people. But, we haven't had any interaction with them in months. Not sure if they're doing "shiesty" things but that would be sad if that's true. We've been traveling and doing trade shows and conferences, etc, so we haven't talked to them since last spring. I forgot to mention, the class that we taught for them, we taught for free. We never asked for compensation.

Good evening, SirStynkalot :)
It's great we can bounce perspectives back and forth. I appreciate and value your input. However, I'd have to say I do disagree with some of it. I don't really believe a lot of Wikipedia because we've had to really delve into many avenues of testing and research. But, to each his own, right? We can agree to disagree :)

Always loving the photos :)

I don't think their shiesters or hucksters, but just another effort to cash in on the growing decriminalization movement. They may well be excellent people, and I am prejudiced towards standardized education (specifically "training" centres), and think that especially in this industry/hobby, that short of actual university training, self-education is the best route.

Working with HygroLED doesn't mark them well in my opinion, nor does how they're testing the equipment provided show the level of knowledge one would expect from a university. I can't imagine there are many people outside of CTU vegging under HPS.

Hi Mikell,

I hear you and I totally agree. I certainly hope they're not like that. I've never heard of HygroLED before. We thought it was going to be a fun opportunity to help people understand the basics about growing and the one class we did teach was a lot of fun because of all the questions the students had. There were a few Illinois investors there that didn't know anything about cannabis at all. But, after that one class, CTU kind of disappeared. We figured they were just doing their own thing. I guess they're right when they say people come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. That one class we taught must have been the reason.

Most of the led lamps I've seen over recent yrs have not impressed me...not the case here. I'm really liking what I am seeing!
I might have to finally take the plunge and get one.

Aww, thanks UberDawg420! Glad to show that LED has come a long way. I can't say what other LED companies are doing but I can say from experience that we here at Lush Lighting are letting the results show that we are doing it better. I may be a little biased ;)
