I've heard of beefalo but never served any up. I see Bison in the store here sometimes.
I was given 30-40lbs of frozen Bison meat, various cuts but it was too lean and I gave it to another person.
on the meat shelves The beefalo I’ve seen as steaks . also seen bison ..comes as pre packed chopped meat … never tried either
has the Prince Valiant hairdo look thing going on…
