If a strain is stable then the biggest difference you see at 2 weeks old is sex. Sometimes they fool you but in general the wider and shorter ones will be females while the taller and narrower ones tend to be males more often. I will label my guesses tonight for you to watch and see later as when I transplant I will mark them the same way as I do tonight.
Then later we can see if I was mostly right or not. I expect that my estimate will be 80% correct or better.
Yes, the feeding soil with just perlite added will not usually bother seedlings too much but some kinds do show some weird growth from it occasionally. Usually ok though as long as you don't add the bone and blood meals.
Bog that is way cool & yes this I want to see for myself! if you do you really do know your strains! be going damn my ex wife was right I don't notice shit!
The Sour Bubble 1st bx seeds you see so many testing now are on auction block at www.seedbay.com
The prices are high because it is a benefit for the International Cannagraphics Magazine. At least 40 packs will eventually be auctioned off there while everyone waits for the release of Sour Bubble 2.0
It is stable now so don't wait. Get them fresh off the BOG and be first on your block to have super clones and plants.
Sour Bubble won't be cheap either way so rookies will need to work their way up the ladder with my seeds.
Be a part of the movement. Subscribe and buy Sour Bubble benefit auction seeds. I see a very bright future with a little help from my friends. I donated all the seeds so don't call me greedy either. Lots of new things are coming including GrapePunch 2.0 to auction soon and then later released.
This is the pattern all new strains will be released under. My intention and my son's intention are to do these benefit fundraisers as a regular thing to promote good causes in the cannabiz industry. For now the magazine and my new seed specialty shop to come are the news we can't talk much about.
Rest assurred that plans are in the works. Sour Bubble release date is planned for around October 1 this year and Grape Punch 2.0 will be released in about 60 days from now after some are auctioned and some testers sent out again. BOG
All BOG Strains will remain priced as they are but Sour Bubble has not as yet been priced. It will be the first Premium BOG Strain to be offered however and it will be somewhat more expensive.
Here we have the transplanted seedlings on July 6th at 17 or 18 days above ground now. BOG
Bummer, but I am sure if it is half as good as you say it will be way worth the cash!!
By the way Grape seems to be Cool in bussiness like you hope he does real well 2
Very nice and dark green.Have you fed them yet? Mine are not as dark but thay are looking good.I also have 8 sour bubble plants about 2 weeks old.Just posted new pic over at og in the strains and hybrides. Thanks again for the test seeds!
hey BOG, great pics, thanks for keeping us all excited with your little headstart there
when you picked out a male and a female on the last page, is it coincidence the difference in leaf shape between the two? or does that help spotting the males too?
bw
I find a difference in plant structure but little difference in leaf shapes. When a line is stable it is easier to tell the males and females apart from the start. Nothing like this is perfect however.
Look at the 20 day old seedlings under just the one shoplight still. I did fert them once at 10 days old with 1/3 teaspoon pure blend in a gallon and I did hit them up once with some superthrive at a rate of about 15 drops per half gallon. They show little damage and they are about ready for a bigger feeding now with 3/4 teaspoon pb per gallon and a normal watering.
The clones all lived and I have a dozen for making the seeds...
Now look at these 2 pics of the current Sour Bubble Clone Mom. I may do another transplant and go for a pound!
BOG a kilo damn.. Thats quite a few seeds. It would be cool to see a pound off of that SB mom too. My SB seedlings are doin great, i'll put pics up in the next few days. Thanks again..................Herb
