Sour 60 - 12 germ'd, 8 females, 4 males.

Hey everyone. I started my 12 Sour 60 beans about a month ago, they all popped through the soil on 4/13-4/15, meaning they are on day 25.

I am growing in Miracle Gro Moisture Control Soil in 1 gallon Orange juice jugs. These worked great for my RRF, so why not!



I have a total of 8 girls and 4 boys.

I have separated one female with the 4 boys in a small closet. Going to seed her out as much as possible, with all the males so I get a mix of genetics from her. She is in a small cabinet surrounded by the boys, only under 68 watts of CFL right now, but that should suffice once the boys are gone.

The remainder of the 7 females are under 150w HPS and 149watt CFL. One of the girls is not doing so well in the MGMC soil. The rest are loving it!.

Also pictured are some more RRF that I started. Want to do another seed run, as I am getting down there due to poor germination rate. The one in the soda bottle is a male. Going to chop it when it is busting pollen and let it sit on a mirror for a couple days, and collect the pollen from it to knock up a couple future RRF females that are coming from these cups.

Wish me luck! 35 days left until that 60 day mark! Hope they start packing on the buds! Projected harvest is JUNE 13

I also have some 60s goin and I think they should be called 75s day 60 is today and I need more time the buds are nice and big but they aren't very heavy yet. I got 3 different phenos all are very nice good luck dude keep us informed peace

Will do thanks for the input. Of the 7 girls, I hope I get a couple of the micro pheno's that finish around day 57, as well as a couple of the giants that go 70-75 and yield tremendously. Good luck with yours!

I think those micros are rare I popped 10 and nothing micro I tried to pollenate mine but it did not work I did it to early I hope that one will hermie late and I will get beans that way soon I'll cut my top and try to stress the bottom buds light stress is allredy goin on because the canopy is so thick.

Either way, buds are buds, and I dont mind waiting an extra week for good medicine.

I dont know if its just the jugs, but I definitely smell somewhat of a sweet citrus vegging plantsmell on my hands after playing with them. Nothing that you can smell in the air yet, but after playing with them I catch a whiff.

Pistils just started showing around week 3, so its only been 3-5 days since showing sex. A couple of late bloomers that I thought were male ended up being female, and pretty healthy!

Cant wait for these to finish up! Wont be too long!

Yea they smell more sweet than skunky smell is not over powering they stay very nuetral smelling till late but they are very sticky not many thrics on small fans but the buds are getting coated!

Cool me to and I'm alone waiting for my fam that's why I'm so perrsistant.check this out I'm gettin retards on my 60s but in a good way there are buds growin right out of fan leaves mostly on one pheno the one with the most sugar it's pretty sweet more weight. I broke some branches last night during feeding I put the buds on top of my light and should smokable tonight I'm very excited to pack it in the bubbled to night wooo hoo so when I'm smokin it I'll put up a post somewhere and talk about it I will report if your interested

Nice work. You are gonna be a happy camper in 6 weeks or so. Love the sweet limey turning to lemony odor that sticks all the way up to your elbows when you start playing with em closer to chop. Just a hint of skunky, and gets diesel notes too.
