Smoking On Probation?

So, does anyone know about using Marinol on probation? It's federally legal right, so it should be legit to use it...or at least that's what I was told.

I don't know shit about probation but the guy from Ideal who was always on probation is a man of the Knights Watch on Game of Thrones.
