hows your medical career change thing going? got anything growing in your casa yet?

My career is going extremely well. It looks like I might be moving to the ER and get to practice more of my skills. It comes with a pay raise as well. I'll hear back soon and know for sure.

Yeah I have my garden growing again... dealing with mites and thrips... but I finally got some forbid so those mites are just about dunzo! And my downsized garden is still bigger than yours... pussy.

A chiro and time are the only things that are going to help you. Maybe an inversion board. Sorry about the pain. Lower back pain is excruciating.

Lots of times (for me, anyway) lower back pain goes back to the hips.

I'm a f*cking desk jockey, and sitting all day really closes up your hips. Stretch the hammies, glutes, quads, .. Some pelvic bridges (huhuhuh), blahblahblah.

Warrior pose is really good to open 'em up too. Crazy how much relief it can bring your lower back.

If that's your problem, that is.

I stopped by unknown prophets stand and they were selling 15 GG#4 S1's for 100$ and I was tempted. the GG#4 jar was straight up empty lol id say 10 grams of real small buds, but nice n frosty.

Okay, Thanks, improving my posture, thinking about how I move/use my body and a new bike seat have all helped. I need to stretch more.
