Engineered in the sense that the CIA got his Black Panther mom on crack, which then set his life on a path too, maybe. But nah, Pac was a real one. True, he should have never got into the gang banging. After all it's what got him killed. Should have stuck to the art, his gift. But he was in his early 20s, easy to get influenced at that age.
