my heart went bada bing bada boom for the last week.
when youre thinking youre having 6 coffees of which 3 are supposed to be decaf...
wasnt until this morning when i thought theres something fishy going on.
started on a 'decaf' and suddenly was pacing around all morning cleaning shit.
just had my last one. hope it wont keep me up for too long hehe

setting up a tropical house plant shop . mail order. at the farm . we are going to rig a south facing shed with solar panels and underfloor heating. and have a cloning operation, and some low level lighting . deciding the mother plants to choose is the hard part. monstera is one we can readily turn over if we use space in the poly . i think just 5 master plants that are cloneable is the aim. a simple operation . maybe just 3 types . possibly a dhalia tuber storage zone, and planting patch too . but tropical house plants for now . a small business and hobby . even if it only prodes small profits. it is better than nothing

I quit caffeine like 3 years ago. Now from time to time, mostly on sundays, I'll order a big cup of regular coffee, in a "recreative" fashion if you will. To get a buzz haha. But nowadays if I had 3 cups I might get a panic attack. It is an actual drug and the fact everyone drinks it makes us forget it does have a potent effect.

Same! Has been a dream of mine for a while. But the property we moved to was so fucked that I spent the last 3 years fixing the house, garden etc. So first my gf made the little veggie patch and now I finally can get my chickens :love: No chance you beat my tortilla now MF

coffee, cigarettes, subtle effects when youre used to it. you only notice when you quit. first the withdrawal then if you start again boom, one cigarette will make your head spin, one double espresso and youre flying.

they are not enjoyable . that is for sure. my first one i had as a kid i thought i was dieing. i was too hot inside my house. and too cold outside. and the only answer i felt was to be sick.. sick until bile came out ... breathing techniques is the only answer, oxygen blood levels

Yea when you have one of those periods when you are prone to it, any little thing helps mitigate. Mindfulness, exercising, hugging your family, watching comedies, anything helps and it adds up. The other way is true as well.

And quitting screens a few hours before sleep helps too
