Hopefully she has a way to go yeh! I think outdoors in the UK with limited sunshine would slow them up a little?

Deffo looks Pinkbud dom to me. You should be able to tell from the bud structure as well, I only had a handfull of green phenos but they were stronger smoke from what I remember.

Unless it is a mystery cross you have?

yeah the weather has not been so great.. Gonna get some Black treacle this afternoon to give the regs so will give her a does too, then next water i'll hit her with some PK13/14 and then flush with just treacle till she is finished.

My regs haven't even shown the slightest hint of flowering yet.. in the past i've used B-Cuzz bloom stimulant which i think has made them flower earlier but i just cant afford it this year. Hoping the treacle will give them a nudge in the right direction as i want to be sure the Kosen Rufu is a male before i prun him/her back hard.

I bought that tate and lyle black treacle and was advised against it and to order some organic meridian blackstrap mollasses - I never used the black treacle so can't say if it was good or bad, but just thought i'd say.

I've always used a raw organic molasses sugar in the past but can't find it more. I think Blimey uses black treacle and he seems to get good results.. Will see what I can find in the healthfood shop.

Hmm had a bit of a read up on this and seems that the SO2 used as a preservative might or will kill the Microbes in the soil.. might hold off then until i can find somthing more suitable.

SGS

No colours yet... I'll try and get some close up's tonight.

As for direct sunlight.. I've got a south facing garden and this spot get sunlight from sun up till about 15:30 at the moment, after that the fence shades them a bit.. I decided to move them to the west of the garden so they got the morning sun to burn of any dew avioding the possability of budrot and mildew.

But we'v had shit weather on an off for weeks now.. grey and overcast most days (typical British summer).

ya that sucks man too much rain is what is slowing her down.

You will need to try something else next season,, some of my larger AFs that still produce well even in shitty weather and stay kinda loose so they dont mold. We will get you setup soon enough bro.

SGS: Yeah will play around with the rest of the pack next season and also see what you have on offer next year. I'm really happy with how this has turned out though, this was a last minute thing just to have a intro into Autos.. and have been impresed that she flowered during the solstice (liked they should). I might have a small greenhouse in a couple of years once the rest of the garden is sorted.. but in the mean time will be searching for the perfect Auto. What i wanted to avoid is massive plants, If you check out my regs https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=210881&page=4 they are getting a little to big for comfort and still not even a pistil showing.

Icon: Not really any noticable smell as such just a greeny weed type smell very much like the White Widows i have growing in the above link, which doesn't smell much during but cures to an amazing piney goodness.

Could you knock up a budget shelter or polytunnel perhaps?

I'm north of you but you seem to get a lot more rain/overcast days,

I don't have a very private garden though, and seems silly to risk it having an indoor aswell.

You should ask SGS about an outdoor plant he has that has showed auto pheno's in the F1's and some nice looking plants too!

Day 56

Day 56

Things are fattening up.. i love this plant, have not had to give it any care at all really. Shame we havn't had much of a summer yet but i more than happy coz i know i'm gonna get some early buds very soon.

The smell is really nice sorta Chemy/Floral and i can see the buds are gonna be nice and tight when finished. Have looked at the trics the my lense and they are all seem to be clear still so a good bit of production left in her.

Cool man, yeh from those photos still looks like a fair few white hairs on her!, it looks like she has fattening up to do still.

Is that a little colour on the calyx in one of those pics?

Hey Eggy, I thought for next year, if you run more dwarf AF's, how about a mini pop up greenhouse or a cheap cold frame?

You could pack in a nice little AF-SOG and get a few O's of early smoke.

Seen them as cheap as £5, but for £20-30 you could probably get something that would last awhile?

Sounds good.. if i get any viable seeds, not sure my pollen took due to the wet weather.. but we'll see. If not will get some more form SGS.

But have been leaning towards the Dwaf SOG outdoors.. I love this little plant! I reckon that i could 16 (4x4) plants with out too much hassle form the Mrs.

My regs are doing ok this year but but i new the sex of two of them from the start. next year working with male and female seeds from My cross (WWxKR) Could be a little akward as they are hitting 4-5 feet nearly and only Just starting to flower... It'll be a problem growing out 6 plants that big to find the females.. Maybe i can force flower them when they are small and clone them for a main crop?? or maybe just invest in some more suitable female genetics for our crazy uk climate...

.. I do like playing with my own seeds though : )

I hope your seedmaking has worked mate!

It takes some of the worry out of it knowing you have a handful of your own seeds to play with.

For your AF's you could either Start a bunch of them in a single large pot, or like you say do a small sog in individual pots. You'd only need a small patch and I think they'd be pretty stealthy..

For your regular I was going to suggest force flowering them that's the only thing I can think of if indoors is a major no-no. Or if you had a heated coldframe or something you could get them out while the days are still short?

I've heard a lot of people say Frisian Dew does real well in the UK, but I haven't tried it, or something from HFH?

HFH is Ebse right?? definatly worth thinking about looking for a more suitable strain(s).. for my regs.

Kinda like Potatoes and Apples with earlys mids and lates.. lol

i think what would be my only real option would be to grow next seasons regs as early as possable (Mid March) untill they are 30cm tall and then keep putting them in the shed each night.. it should only take a couple of weeks to get them to show sex then stick them back out and clone them at in mid may.. This should solve hight issues and possablly allow me to bump up plant numbers too.

The Job Interview went well.. fingers crossed i get through to the second stage.
