My current one is at 71 days and looks like elephant viagra....hahaha

I will take some pics before chop for sure. Just tested pureblendpro soil formula in place of my normal pbp bloom in 100% hydroton ebb drip cannot believe how big the colas are this time. Plants are smaller than usual and in a tent which is a lot smaller than I normally used to run. Also used tap water this time everything else was constant. I like the results but have to check the dry cured smoke out for final results.

70-72 days is the sweet spot for me with all the ogs I've ever ran.... The swelling doesn't even really start till 60 n those 10 next days is a game changer.... I always hit them with a pk boost only, a day or so before flush which starts at day 60... The swelling is noticeable the next day...n every day after until chop....

Moved my SFV out to the great outdoors (kind of) into the baby greenhouse. This pic is from 8/23 right after they were potted up into the 10 gallon no till containers where the old plants just came out of. The SFV is the one in the middle.

Well still not totally dry but not at all happy with the run with the pbp soil in 100% hydroton going to save that for something else or just toss it. Only issue is the bud density the colas are long but very fluffy with little weight. Haven't had time to up the pics but I took some. I will be sticking with regular pbp pro bloom from now on I have used it exclusively for over 8 years I think....with top results all around.

thanks guys. So, grown in hugo's , mills base, botanicare cal mag, advanced big bud, overdrive, moab thrown in at the end and a few small things thrown in at various times. 100g per sqft on average. we defoliate in week one and week four. og's go to 9 weeks.

Interesting. I was taught defo in week 3, after stretch, and then approx. week 7, if your shooting for week 9. Did you experiment, and find these times work better? Your results speak for themselves though, awesome job. Will have to try your way, and see if there is a difference.

Yea last time it took me 21 days to root the Sfv OG. This time with much healthier mom and healthy cuts got one to root in 9 days. Good tip @vaperbong I will use that one the rooted for the new mom. Ghost OG will be coming to me today :) can't wait for that one

This is why u have such shitty results . I was taught to always use a few drops of bloom . This was after years of having 50-70% success with rockwool and dome method pure water and gels/powders. Was told to add a pinch of maxibloom and a drop of hormex or thrive alive red to spray with at PH 6.0 and roots every time no matter what strain . 7-10 days under floros. Out of 50 cuts I may lose 3-5 cuts . This also makes my cuts stay green w/o yellowing (AT ALL).

I didn't say I had shitty results just said it took me a while to root it the first time. I actually do pretty well cloning without doing any of that. Very low tech for me nothing but tap water and rapid rooters. I don't take many cuts to root when I do root them but when I do my success is very high. As I stated in that post I got it to root in 9 days after having taking cuts from a much better healthier mom so I don't feel I need to add hormex and maxibloom and ph water to root cuts. I appreciate the info tho

are the hugo's 6x6x6?
not sure what they call the 4x4x4 or 8x8x8's.
i have a couple tents running 6x6x6, just finishing up some gg4.
next run veggin a couple different og's right now.
i run 1 plant per square foot, 16 per 4'x4'/600 gavi de.
how many you running per sq ft/per light?
how big are they when you flip?
100 grams per sq ft sounds like you're killing it.:tiphat:

How hot are temps in that tent getting?

Too damn hot for my liking but my 88ghash x grimm afghani didnt miss a step and was done on time as usual. Not a fan of the summer grade! Both sfv og and my headband especially didnt fair normally....

Bout a month into flowering one of the chem 4s and I just found out I actually have had this cut for a few months. Gotta reveg it tho since I can foresee problems rooting a flowering snip.

so you spray the cuts with the maxi and hormex before putting them in plugs or rockwool,is that right...i do great already but love to hear other successful methods..DJXX

So maxmurder, my 1k gavitas are only covering 12 square feet each, 15 plants per light. That's why the defoliating is so important for me. I'm over packing and over saturating with light. If I didn't defoliate, the bud sites wouldnt develop and I'd be begging for mold. I flip at around 3 feet, but they are bean poles. Essentially it's a SOG that finishes at 5ft tall. I veg for 3 to 4 weeks. The plants are tall, lanky, and taking up very little horizontal space and I'm trying to use the penatration 1k gravitas have. Keep in mind my system is perpetual, so the veg room is packed tighter than the flowering rooms . My average veg space takes up 1/4 of the flowering space.

Here's a shitty pic of veg, I'll post more in the coming days in my gavita thread.

Here's some cookies for the hell of it haha
