Evidently reading comprehension is not one of your strong points.
They counted seeds as plants and presented it to the grand jury for a indictment.

months later it was deemed inadmissable but I was already standing in front of a federal judge and they did find plants in my house.
you can't put that genie back in the bottle.

like I said I fought this for 18 months and spent 20 grand so your jailhouse lawyering is weak

Jesus Angus your posts gave me physical anxiety as I await my indictment. Granted I am in a city and county ridden with crime and my attorney tells me I am in the best possible county for a growing charge as the courts view it mostly as a waste of time.

Question: you were indicted on federal charges but it sounds like .ocal LEO. How did they work together?

today the postal worker comes up to place and giving me the 3rd degree over ladybugs!
I explain they are beneficial insects for the garden and she talks about her garden plants yellowing and wondering if it was a good idea to try, don't know if that was just because I was uneasy or what but it freaked me out!

For someone to agree to help them (with intentions to or not) means that someone would need to sign a document stating that they(the police) cannot be held liable for any harm to you caused by any of the informant activity.

I read the entire liability document they give to people busted they want to turn into confidential informant (CI's). The police will not attempt to use you as an informant without you signing that first. The lawyer standing next to me informed me that the document doubles up as an confession of guilt. Basically by signing the document and saying you will help them, means you are admitting to the crimes they pulled you in for.

This waiver of liability might be a new thing for narco's; recently there was a FL incident where narco's used some college student to buy a bunch of drugs and guns from some gangsters and she ended up killed. Her family is suing the narco's as well they should so maybe their 'industry' is resorting to these waivers for some legal protection in case they get their CI killed...

some places offer to replace if they send registered mail (which you have to sign for). At first, I was freaked out but then did it several times without a hitch. I figured if they knew what was in the package, they'd take it anyway. Therefore if I got it, they do not know what is in it and signing is no big deal. After that ladybug thing though, I don't know if I want that same mail lady asking more questions.

Meh, just tell her it's a dildo or something like that. That should be good for a laugh.

and alone is correct lol..

in Mass . the cops do 3 controlled buys.. 1 with the CI.. 1 with the CI and a undercover.. and the 3rd.. they get the CI to give u the money and take his shit and leave and then come bustin in the bitch with a warrant. its very fucked up..

when I was setup for dope related shit.. they tried to interrogate me even after I asked for a lawyer.. they said o come on we can make all of this go away if u help us get some1 big.. they didn't care if it was weed.. LSD. MDMA. Heroin.. Coke... Crack.. anything big enough to make them look like they were doing an AMAZING JOB is what they wanted.. all u need to do .. ask for a lawyer .. shut up .. take ur charges.. get a good lawyer.. and do as he says.. everything will be ok.

honestly.. if ur small numbers like u say.. ur fine. just stay out of the hundreds of plants.. or else it can be hard.. for any lawyer to get you off.

YEA I AGREE WITH EVERY ONE ELSE
MAYBE UR PARANOIA RAISED ALARMS FOR HIM
PROB RED FLAG UR MAILING ADDRESS

SHOULD HAVE JUST SIGNED FOR THEM. THEY CANT PROVE THAT U WANTED SEEDS DELIVERED TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE
USUALLY THEY WILL JUST CONFISCATE IT
IF THEY WANT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION THEY USUALLY SEND A LETTER ASKING U TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE AT A LOCAL POST OFFICE, OR MORE POPULAR THEY SEND U A LETTER POSING AS THE SEED VENDOR STATING THAT UR PACKAGE WAS CONFINSCATED AND THAT THEY ARE GONNA SEND YOU ANOTHER ORDER. BUT ONCE U SIGN IT AND RETURN IT U JUST GAVE THEM WHAT THEY NEED... WATCH OUT FOR BOTH FORMS OF INTRAPMENT AND NEXT TIME PLAY IT COOL

lady bugs can be used in any garden so that shouldn't be a problem.

no, I know, but she gave me a perplexed almost slightly disgusted look like she thought it was for an indoor garden or thought she knew something. (it actually is for outdoor, I don't think they work too well indoors anyway)
Meh, just tell her it's a dildo or something like that. That should be good for a laugh.

:D no that wouldn't work! it said in red letters all over the place live ladybugs! thanks for the laugh though! ;) She then asked what was in the other package, and I said "probably lacewings". It was actually nematodes but didn't know. She says "lacewings?!" and I said "yeah" and went into my speel about how I want to use beneficial insects instead of pesticides, that's when she went into her speel about her squash yellowing (my potatoes but not squash have been prematurely yellowing as well) and thinking of trying bugs herself. Prob just never saw anyone order bugs before and maybe really curious but it just seemed funny. Still makes me wonder if she suspected what was in those previous signed for shipments. Prob just reading way too much into it. Now some hillbilly is firing guns nearby! :D ok no those are fireworks. most nights it is guns though! :D I have another shipment to sign for in the future, wonder if I should do the non sign option where you are on your own if it goes missing, but never had a problem before. may look more suspicious changing now. she has been pleasant in person, but can be a crappy bitch, she has for decades left notes in the box threatening not to deliver mail if the snow (that the town plow puts there) is not removed better. I guess the usual it is. peace

Hey Red, she's probably just curious. I think by default you have to be crabby to work for the USPS, at least in this town it's the norm. So is letting of fireworks, they're still going strong since Independence Day here, although we hear our share of gunshots too. Best vibes.

yeah that crazy mofo, he shot guns after the fireworks. I don't know why he is shooting after dark so often. Don't know whether to condemn or join him! :D WEll, I joined him, in a manner of speaking! As I do every so often when he does that (he seems to be in one of two places mostly but mobile sometimes) I shoot off my gun, and being on a hill it echoes! Every time, he goes dead silent after that, mission accomplished! :D

Shit tha is horrible man... Sorry to hear that.

Yeah something was certainly up... Regular guy is back doing deliveries now. Do you think im safe if I keep my head down, or do you think I should cut and run?

You said they had nothing until the interception, so if I turned it down, even if they were persuing me they wouldnt really have anything right?
lol... you need to quit smoking and quit growing... your paranoia was so out of bounds here... "regular guy" ?? Do you realize that USPS workers get 3-5 weeks of paid vacation, your regular guy probably is at that 4-5 week paid vacation bracket. Somebody has to cover his route when said vacations occur, that guy does not know who you are.
Nothing about the whole situation was strange other than your extreme paranoia. Registered international mail is signed for.
Grow some stones or quit growing !

be careful, that sounds like a situation that could take a sharp left turn southward very easily:biggrin:just sayin. As long as nobody is brush bucking, or shooting at sounds.......?!

also, I know this above was across borders, but FOAF had an incident where someone sent beans in US, lol and they did the cheap reg envelope thing with some bubbler, and it got tore up, lmfao, and the pkg came with an apology letter from USPS and repackaged. Now the lil bean holder had no name on it, cept for some goofy letters like initials, lol, so I suspect they didn't know exactly what beans they was, might have been heirloom maters, but wasn't gonna waste time or money trying to find out. Ready is correct, right now they are gearing up being prepared if their funding is cut or not, so the local guy ain't the one to worry bout, if going out of bounds so to speak, then you got them other guys at the ports of entry to worry bout also. That first confiscation form letter will get your heart pumping in that instance for sure, :tiphat:
