holy shit!! 160$ to ship 5cu ft of ewc up north. my fucking paragon kiln weighed 80lbs and came from texas and it only costed me 100$ for shipping and custom fees. canada post is fucked

my plan is to start a thermal compost using organic barley as the carbon and using alfalfa yarrow nettle comfrey etc and the nitrogen
then ill use that and aged manures as the bedding and feed feeding worms kitchen scraps is good for composting but it isnt the best way to make vermicompost for your plants i actually just spoke to clackamas coot about it yesterday on ig. i have a ghetto rubbermaid tub that i do feed kitchen scraps too but thats for saving the planet. i will have a 65 gallon smart pot set up for making the best vermicompost i can but thats gonna take atleast a year so i have to pay for some crazy shipping if i wanna start up a no till by next cycle. atleast during that cycle my worms can be making my top dresses for the next few cycles so i wont have to buy another bag. 25$ a bag aint bad. but 32 to ship it up here is nutsXD

just got all the vermicompost i need! decided to go with a 65 gall smart pot untill i build the led light i need to cover a 100 gal i also got some fulvic acid and tmz7 froom bio ag!
been away from the garden all weekend. im excited to see the jungle i go home too ill be sure to take pics when i get back!

everythings looking great. the problems are pretty much all gone. a few leaves dont look the best but im happy with everything else. they were half a foot from the light when i came backXD tied down the tops and fed them some instant kelp meal tea (thanks coot)

things have come a long ways since the posts in the ~50s-ish w/ JJ telling you to go back to stoner science. interesting how no LOS guys abandoned you & living soil strategy got you back on line {since it was stoner-science in the form of 'easy-bake' mix that caused the probz}

Yeah stoner science isnt the best science aroundXD And taking the easy route is never the best way and sometimes the shittiest thing you can do. I thought it would be good while im waiting to build my no till. It wasnt any good but i did learn from it im honestly suprised how forgiving LOS is. Crazy how people chase bottle after bottle for their plants. Sounds like something we are all trying to get away from BIG PHARMA.

it was very yummy. im soo thankfull of soilgrown for showing everyone the rosin tek!! i stopped making bho after a year or two of making it and studying because i learned how unhealthy canned butane is and i know i wasnt making it in a closed loop with distilled 99.99% medical grade n tane. depending on this yield i may dedicate a plant to fresh frozen

yay! love seeing folks switch to rosin.

the fresh frozen does not work for pressing IME. you *can* wash it first and press the bubble, but those yields are notoriously low.

for that live resin taste i really enjoy pressing buds from the hanging plants that were chopped around 3 days prior. it almost always budders from the higher moisture content but it can be insanely terpy.

I'm in It was nice to skim through the thread really quick and see the plants go from zero to hero! Looking good now. I'll be trying my first no till just as soon as this round comes down this weekend.

i dont plan on pressing the fresh frozen. i want to practice as much as possible to make full melt bubble. i have pressed buds straight of the plant with just a gooey mess. i will try the 3 day dry then press on this round also! thanks for the tips
