Purple Punch is a cross of GDP and Larry OG that like most flavors of the month is overhyped. It's extremely pretty and yields good for a purple but IMHO is lacking in flavor and effects. I don't even think it's as good of representation of GDP x OG as God's Gift.

Don't get me wrong Purple Punch is still a good cut that will be around for awhile. I was just expecting a little more.
I haven't tried it. I see a lot of people working with it.
It might actually be a better breeding cut. I haven't done anything with it myself but from what I've seen it seems to pass on it's desirable traits but not too strongly.

hey guys sorry for veering off subject but i wasnt sure where to ask a bunch of local growers this question:
i live by la jolla beach (20 miles inland) and moved a plant from my veg room to my backyard. It has been two weeks and still hasnt seemed to start flowering but has doubled in size since. I am just wondering if i am definitely suppose to be in flower where i live around this time of the season? If so, I will have to assume my plant is stuck in veg because of a little 8 watt Green LED bulb that we have on in our backyard 24/7 (it is about twenty feet away from my plant but im hoping it is nowhere near or sttrong enough to keep the plant in veg). Just want to confirm if my plant should definitely be in flower by now if it is outdoors and geographically located next to La Jolla? (first time grower here) TIA!

Nah the green light won't affect it, I know people that never turn theirs off. It's most likely just a late flowerer. Only 1/3 of my Greenhouse has started to flower.
