pulling males, weeding (alot), working on building a lil fire pit for grilling, prepping to harvest the light dep, mushroom foraging (got a ton of amanitas for u c4

I believe we are close enough to draw attention the the next celestial happening, and we are nearing the solar eclipse of August 21, 2017.
On Monday, August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will be visible in totality within a band across the entire contiguous United states.
It will only be visible in other countries as a partial eclipse.
The last time a total solar eclipse was visible across the entire contiguous United States was during the June 8, 1918 eclipse.
During total eclipse the stars and 4 planets will be visible, including the star Regulus close to the Sun. Mars will be 8 degrees to the right, and Venus 34 degrees right. Mercury is 10 degrees left, and Jupiter 51 degrees left.
The planets are all coming together in anticipation of the once-every-7000-year planetary alignment that will occur on Sept 23rd.
Jupiter will finally come out of the "womb" of Virgo, with every other visible body in the sky aligning with the book of Revelations...
Fun facts about the once-in-7000-year
– It lands on the exact day of the Feast of Trumpets.
- It is 70 Years from 1947 to rebirth Of Israel.
– It is the 50th anniversary or year of Jubilee from Jerusalem.
– It is the 500th Anniversary of the reformation.

went to telluride mushroom festival and traded weed for a couple delicious giant puffballs, fried them up this morning for breakfast:

^ black krims, rutgers, aunt gerties gold, pineapple, costoluto genovese, and a bag full of these lil green grape like "mutant egg yolk" tomatoes
i think my saved seeds of black krim and cherokee tomatoes have hybridized, i don't get the wrinkly black krims that are heavily segmented anymore, the majority of them are now roundish with fewer lobes; but most of them retain the green shoulders also; either they are just getting harder to tell apart because im higher on weed or they are cross pollinating

wasn't much to the mushroom fest, we didn't buy wrist bands, just showed up in town to meet up with some peeps (my dad is friends with a couple of the presenters) picked up a copy of Radical Mycology book from the author, it's basically the new-school text style book that could accompany the stamets book and still have new material to add

Cool purple trichomes
cant remember how u macro avi but ive found that even with hand holding and on board flash its useful to go for the largest depth of field you can do in the situation meaning a small aperture (but a bigger f stop number!) keep your shutter speed above 100 and fire off a couple shots while moving slightly closer and further away from subject. that way in post youll have some options on what image has the most trich heads in focus
