the current worker is a friend of the family - young guy eager to learn and willing to work hard. since him being here the size of our compost piles has trippled from all the horse shit he collected in the field and the leaves and old garden debris from last season he has cleaned up. it's his first ever compost pile, ain't that precious?
so, i've mapped out the ganja garden, hole digging to begin soon
will be using the soil removed for ganja holes to fill raised beds for veggies, using black basalt lava rock from the property, built like little short dry stack stone walls with beds inside
that's the plan for veggie beds
tractor work is lined up to happen early/mid april just before the ag water turns on... plenty of time to inoculate, lay some amendments/compost on the rows prior to planting
That compost heap big enough to use as a rifle backstop yet?
