Romulan these days ... any good?

Subcools TGA Vortex has Romulan and it is top notch fire. Compared to many of teh " latest and greatest", can hang against any and all. That good !

Vortex only has romulan in it from the space queen side , which is an F1 hybrid that BCGA created years ago (Rom x c99). Vortex = apollo 13 x space queen , and finding a romulan pheno out of that poly hybrid is like finding a needle in a hay stack.
Anyone tried any OGRAskal white rom buds? See a few grow reports but no smoke reports. Would love to try that one.

Not sure what you want from me Homer. I am somewhat new to the net and the folks I speak of, have given up on internet folk. Just try get Breeder Steve or Romulan Joe to post themselves. i see a lot different "romulans" and none hold up to the joe pine origional. as someone described earlier its peppery amazing thats hard to describe. i have the same cut subcool used for his vortex and the joe pine romulan is absolutely amazing. A few of my friends own dispensaries and ive seen a lot different phenos that quite possibly coulda been a romulan seed, but they were weak sauce compared to the origional.

Subcool didn't even use SpaceQueen according to one of his original breeders sunnycheba. It was SpaceQueen x C99 so 75% C99


I grew out 20 of Next Generations Romulan/Hashplant and found a dwarf that reeked of pine and left Chem 4 in the dust.

No surprise no pics. The real Romulan has been gone since about 2000. If folks put up pics of what they have called Romulan, it could be discredited. No one wants that, after thinking they had the real deal. Peace GS

I recv'd a cut of Romulan that has been circulating in the So Cal dispensaries for years & years now...pretty sure it's the same OGRaskal uses in his hybrids. Not sure if it's the original Joe though. Haven't flowered her yet so I can't give you my feedback yet.

never had the joe cut... I havent found a good romulan since 05... RMs Romulan... wish I had not lost her... to this day... probably the best herb I have grown.... and I have grow some amazing herb....damn brain cancer!

tried some flav... got like 6 males and a runt in a pk.... still have one to try....


but.. I would really love the Romulan of lore...

I've popped 15 off and on over the years (8 females and one that didn't germ), only one was a mutant...turned out to be a great plant all the same.
