Well, here's the last few pics of this particular Haze #19 X Skunk #1 alive. I believe they were taken on day 92, she was harvested @ 95. First run, it was a step up from horrible. I planted her in a 5 gal. SQUAT container, and she showed signs of root binding around the 8-9th week, definitely wants deeper root space. I also overfed quite significantly, and she wound up receiving a 5 week flush. Now, with all the screw-ups on my part, she still turned out decent. Earlier in flower, she had a tropical fruit and pine needle smell. Well, that smell matured into a grapes and pine needles smell. Mix some vicks vaporub into some Concord grape jelly, and there you go. Can't wait to smoke her, looking forward to running her again, only better dialed. :)

Hi Many Clouds!

How long do you put them in veg? I grow Haze n°2(from Organic Earth) and Malawi(from Ace seeds) and give them up to 8 weeks veg and I also use 5 gallon pots (20L air pot).
I've never experienced signs of root bound in those large pots. I did in smaller ones though.

A Lowryder #2 x Original Haze selection (F4). Part of my 'Sativa Automatica' project.

Smells like mango and incense. :)

Whenever I see Bushy's, Kanga's, etc. huge trees I think how cool must growing and breeding those be but every now and then I rediscover the joys of tinkering with crosses that look like a sativa, smell like a sativa, smoke like a potent sativa, yield ok and finish even @ 55°N.

great too see some other people working on autoflowering Haze with original Haze genetics
i working years on auto haze;s i only not use the lowryder but auto AK47 X original Haze back too the original haze , later on i mix in some thaiXOT Haze from ACE seeds

the Asian haze is is part OT Haze
LBH's auto f lowering Haze = (auto AK47 x Haze X Haze ) X old timers Haze x Meao Thai

La Buena Hierba's Auto Asian Haze = Thai-pan2.0 X LBH's Auto Haze back crossed too LBH's auto Haze it will be less potent that the pure LBH auto Haze but some pheno's will have a more trippy effect if grown correctly and has a good cure .
(Thai-pan = a auto flowering land-race Thai)

here some pictures of LBH's Auto Asian Haze outdoor that people had buy and grown

OaxacanXPunto Rojo 11 weeks. I had to cut these two because of a light leak and resulting herms. Both very different in their flower types, #1 is budular and #5 is strings of calyx's.

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone!

@ Siever - I used a 5 gal. squat container only because I thought the plant was going to stretch through the roof, which she didn't. It's also a plastic container, would've been better if it was an air pot. Also, the root bound signs could've also been a nute lockout due to my overfeeding. She was not vegged long in that container. Take care. :)

@ bigherb - Thanks for the nice words. Its funny you mention purple haze, because I am 98% sure this plant will fade with beautiful fall colors when grown right, judging by several damaged leaves. She just remained green all the way through due to too much nitrogen. Will post a smoke report after a little cure. Take care, man. :)

Beautiful sativas as usual, everyone! :D

Hey guys, wanted to see if you might be able to shed some light on this bagseed im growing out, definitely a strong sativa and im looking all over trying to identify close looking strains. one thing this plant has that i dont see on many is the last 2 leaflets point straight down like hooks

usually leaves curling down like that are a sign of excessive Nitrogen levels. That can be a harmful thing to a sativa grow. Long internodes, leafy bud, and more important it often inhibits the plant from finishing flowering. IOW the plant won't riper properly. It will keep producing new flowers while the older ripe flowers will rot and turn brown on the plant.

As far as its genetic composition that is almost impossible to tell. Was it compressed seeded weed for about $100 an ounce? If you are in the states then it is almost definitely Mexican hybrid weed.

If it was just a bagseed from regular domestic weed than the strain could be anything really.

leaves pointing down are generally a sign of flushing...

Nitrogen toxicity presents itself with more of a claw type thing than leaves pointing downards

im in the SF Bay Area, i dont think ive ever seen or heard of brick weed out here first hand.

Here she is now day 36 well part of her anyways
