The lineage is more like the Amnesia/SSH'97 clone that Soma received from Greenhouse, crossed to the G13/Haze male from Nevil he also used for Sogouda, Kushadelic, Somaui and many others. In this case, true lineage should be (NL#5/HazeC X Skunk/HazeC) X G13/HazeC. Basically all his catalogue is based either on the Afghani/Hawaiian or G13/Haze males.

Breeding with Jamaican and Lao sativas was definitely too complex and demanding for all the pollen chucking that Soma has been doing actually. He's another con artist from the industry, a seedmaker and business man actually, not really a proper plant breeder.

Peace.:tiphat:

Smoke report

yes he does. :)

buds grown under leds have a different final outcome than under other light sources.

preservation dude's ag is getting very interesting as a final product.

genetics still unknown as vermontman stated.

Hello Yessum And thank you idiit
lets see the bag appeal first comes at first glance, very pretty looks like indica influence but surprisingly lacking any of the skunk or heavy sweet undertones you get rom Indica the smell is like a sweet barn in a good way very similar to smell of Mulanje Gold oddly enough. Upon first hit the taste is bit creamy but not to sweet with a bit of pepper on the exhale, which I find in some of the purer sativas. The high goes right to the top of your head, very cerebral but calming at the same time, wraps around you like a warm blanket. She is very potent, very upbeat with very little of a come down.

Im very curious about this plant. It is a male bco pure haze. The coloring and the leaf shape are quite nice. Also, when rubbed it smells just like arugula. Very strong spicy arugula.

Notice the fanged leaves. The smaller blades form a fang type shape. Anyone know what this is called?

PS> Does anyone know the genetics of Red Hair Mexican? I read it was Highland Oaxacan x Colombian Punto Rojo.

Wowie!

Used to be jealous and even envious of Joe Manganiello, but you just blew him away. Perfect plant even if it were not a first rate sativa.

Can I <heart> this beauty without you getting upset?

Copalita Oaxacan x ColJam phenotypes in flowering look promising.

Copalita Oaxacan - 1 Grows in a column with flowering up long stalks. My favorite phenotype.

Maybe someone here can chime in? I kind of fucked up this batch? I believe I went through the whole sterile process fine. BUT! I forgot to add the SUGAR! which I know is important to individual plant parts like leaf and stem segments because these are not whole enough to develop their own sugars. I used M.S. at full strength and IBA a rooting hormone. I would be happy if these just rooted as regular clones or cuttings.
ANY THOUGHTS OUT THERE?

That Acapulco Gold high must be that good! hehehe............

Punto Rojo will clone from mature flowers, take cuttings from the tops i.e. growing tip. Takes much longer for flower stalks to root. Harvest the flower tops, keep the lower branches and roots, and reveg the lower growth on the plant, even a plant in late flower.

I can't find a stable sex Copalita Oaxacan male. Copalita Oaxacan -1 x (Copalita Oaxacan-1 x Punto Rojo) would work for me.
Preservation is a noble art - somebody has to keep Acapulco Gold's torch lit.

I'm doing mantras to tranform this pot of Copalita Oaxacan x Punto Rojo into enlightened males. 3 of the four look uniform. The short stocky one in the center is Old Timers Haze.

if your careful not to contaminate the batch you can just dissolve some sugar in distilled water, sterilize it and drop in it. also I have found that full strength m.s will kill the cutting before it can grow. and go light with the hormones too. cannabis doesn't need a lot to grow.
there's a product called ppm that helps to kill off mold in tissue culture you can try that next time if these die off.

how much agar did you use??? I like to make it as soft as possible. I feel that the plant is able to absorb the nutrients and hormones easier. I make it just hard enough it hold the plant up with out sinking.

good luck!
