sooo, here I am @ day 52...

I am thinking about starting the flush tomorrow... what do you think? I would say 30-40% of the hair is orange.

Two of my hashberries are females (I flowered the moms, kept the clones) the rest have rooted, it won't be long until I sex them.

cheers,

TW

Beautiful ladies man! I first saw this technique performed at

Grasscity by a guy named Gator, he called this setup MAXlst.

I'd hold off on the flush for a little bit longer. Maybe about

5-7 days. The extra wait can add some weight, or at least dense

it up. Truly beautiful buds man, congratulations

Keep it up two! I suggest you get a handheld microscope or jewler's loop to have look at your trichomes..... hairs turning are not a good indicator of readiness....

100% Clear trichomes... not yet, keep growing
1/2 clear and 1/2 cloudy..... getting there
100% Cloudy trichomes.... almost, be patient
1/2 cloudy and 1/2 amber .......YES, chop away!
100% Amber trichomes.... late...

I usually start the flush when almost all are cloudy and just a few amber, depends on the strain to some degree.

Other advice given to me that is trueness: When you think its time to chop, wait 5 more days!

There's definitely some threads in the harvesting and processing forum that have some pictures and other's opinions of chop time.....

Good Luck!

Hey SensiMilla and Merman, thank you really much for your advices.

Looks like I will wait a little more. This is a white widow from Sensi, they say it's a 60 day plant and some people experimented with it are saying 65 days.

Given your advices, I think I will wait until saturday to start the flush three days with the final flush and then 2 more days on strait water.

What do you think?

merman: I did'nt visit harvesting and processing yet... i guess i am due.:woohoo:

Thanks!

Nice looking grow........ Go with the jeweler's loupe...

Nice looking buds. I hadn't seen them since they were just tiny little plants starting out. Looks great........ ;)

I use a jeweler's loupe. I bought one of those hand helds and can't see crap. I sent away for a 30x jeweler's loupe and looks great. Can see those little caps on the stalks.

Peace

I think one of my hashberry might be an hermi.

There is a flower with white hair on top but just under, I don't know if you can see it, there is a little sac at the node...

Really great thread, I think many people will be helped by it!

My White Widow was a 9 weeker. Knock you on your ass too.

All right, everthing looks nice to my taste now, I think I will start flushing them tomorrow morning.

One of my hashberry is indead a hermi and I thrashed it and it's clones.

I think I will start my next grow real soon with 3 different hashberry clones (1 sexed) and 1 legend ultimate indica, if they turn out to be males I will try my friend's NL x Haze clones for this run and buy some double dutch for the next.

Thanks for watchin...

plumpm0nkey: thx for stopping by.

Sooo.... updates... 2 days before I harvest!!!

Is it normal that the water is all filthy orange after 3 days of clear?

Anyway, I'm flushing for two more days then it's done.

merman: The clones... one of my friend told me I could open the lid on my cloner to let them aclimate to the fresh air. I opened it one inch this morning and tonight I came back and most of them were dryed out.

I didn't loose any genetics, I still have two viable clones of Hashberry #3 (fem) and I took 6 clones of LUI (unsexed yet) and 6 of Hashberry #2 (unsexed yet). I flowered the "mother" plant of hashberry #1 and #3. #1 turned out to be a hermi and #3 a female. I have a clone of #3 in soil vegging so everything is safe.

Did I mention I cloned using what I had at home (rockwhool, stim root #1, thrive alive B1) and all of my clones rooted in 7 days? I am quite happy with that.

I trimmed my 3 vegging plants (HB#2, LUI, and White Widow) down to a foot to preserve space.

Cheers,

TW

Hey twowordz, I just thought i'd swing by and thank you for the inspiration with the reverse scrog. I just started a thread using your technique it's in the micro forum. I'd appreciate any comments that you may have regarding my grow, if you had the time to swing by and critique. Thanks.

Hey Steveblazer, thank you for stopping by.

I've read your thread, nice start!

Stay tuned, I will start a new run (& associated thread) soon and I will show my new cab in details. I am trying to find some storage bins that I could use for an ebb & flo system.
