i'm kinda confused as to how this is a SCROG.

don't take me wrong either 'cause you grew some awesome nugs man.

it's just not a SCROG as far as i can see.

justanotherbozo: It has a screen, it is just under the canopy, hence the reverse. ;)

blunt69, yea it was a nice run, the WW was real good too. The canabutter I made out of the trim killed me, it was the first time I had some, just buttered a piece of bread, I thought I would never be normal again. Like a dumbass I took it sunday night. I swear monday morning I was still high at work.

isn't the screen just layin' on top of the bin? at the base of the plants?

if so, that's not how a SCROG is done.

in any SCROG, the screen is under the canopy. in truth, the purpose
of the screen is to control and shape the canopy so that you more
efficiently use your light.

kinda like this

justanotherbozo: I can see you are one smart guy and you seem to know a lot about scrogs. Great.

This thread is titled Reverse scrog lst... It's a figure. You can call it how you like.

Anyway this thread is two years old, when I first started growing, I wanted to share this idea about how I LST'd my plant in such a small space.

Can't believe I never stopped in to give you your props on this.

Props!

Gotta say I'm confused at Bozo's comments. How could this be anything other than ScrOG? Love ya, Bozo but, you'll have to s'plain that to me someday.

Yeah, im gonna have to agree with them, this seems scroggy to me, i'm seeing screen with green just lowered then has a hole cut in it to allow the plant thru with such shortened dimensions (invaluable to micro growers). And the screen is certainly beneath the canopy, so i'm not really sure where you are getting at...

I think this is amazing, very good canopy managment that couldn't be more suitable for micro grows. I do wonder if it increases chances of mold in humid conditions though..

If you really want to get technical some might say it is LST and the screen gives you many more tie-down points. However done right it should give a similar result of an even canopy. Personally I prefer LST as I like simplicity.
