now we got a two story house with 2 units, one on each floor, each unit has 1bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen living area, downstairs has a big basement can fit like 8 lights in there....plus we got 20 acres outside to grow on....1500 a month because we pay a note, for rental it would probably be around 2k a month...

so yeah, cities you wanna look in - paradise, magalia, forest ranch, concow, oroville.....

Damn dude, you found a basement in Butte county????? Now that's sweet!

Yup, all good places... Yankee Hill, Durham, Cherokee.. Great duck hunting as well... I grow indoor in the Greater Magalia area and have clueless house guests all the time ;) I love my life!!!

grass valley sounds cool. never been there. been to weed tho LOL
I like the Grass Valley area. Weed is kind of a dump but cool name. Mt. Shasta is where it's at but a bit expensive and Siskiyou county sucks to try and do a nice outdoor grow...small scale only!

Butte is pretty laid back to grow in, although I believe Chico just shut down outdoors in city limits. I do indoor and outdoor with few worries.
My buddy told me they were trying to pass an ordinance to limit the grows based on parcel size. I did not hear they were trying to totally shut down outdoor grows in the city. My buddy said enough people signed a petition to stop any changes in current guidelines for growing outside in city limits. I'm in Chico a few times a month and love the Raw Bar! Have traveled quite a bit recently into the hills above Chico to visit people and I used to live/grow way up the Feather River near Twain but that's Plumas county and would be a hella commute up and down that canyon!

Damn theres a bunch of us IC maggers that live right around each other. We probably have crossed paths at grow stores!!!! lol!

Kinda makes me nervous... I wonder who I know, and then if I ever pissed you off in real life... And then if maybe I work for you and ever pissed you off on IC... Ah jeeze, lol....

I've grown weed in this area as far back as '86. Some say the Triangle is the spot... Butte Co. is like the Rodney Dangerfield of the weed world.. We get no respect.. But, we know the truth... We wouldn't hesitate 1 lousy second to put our weed up on anybodies and blow some hats back in the process...:tiphat: Props to all you red dirt warriors out there

Honestly the best fishing is on the Delta! Im a big time fishermen. Go fishing all the time. Fishing and smoking the herbals is the most relaxing thing to do. UC Davis is near the Delta. Dude you should find a spot in one of the Delta communities. Way low key out there.

FF your living my dream! Thats what I want 2 do! Not familiar with the delta where's the best place 2 live & grow out there? Delta communities?

WOW.....man I did not know all of you were that close to me....Yep....indoor....but I really want to buy a greenhouse this year....but....will it bring attention to me.

I love this area.

good luck everyone

You wont be growing any solid outdoor next to the delta. I have worked and fished off the delta. Its way too humid! I would be on my excavator and it would start raining on me in the middle of summer. Oroville is smack dab in the middle of everything you desire. Butte county is just poor as fuck and has a lot of tweakers.

Well poor as fuck means inexpensive land. The people I know in Butte have never mentioned any tweaker issues. There's some solid stuff going on there. Get in with the right circle and you don't have to worry about that shit. Also who are you letting on your property or telling what you got going on?

^ there is tweakers everywhere. meth does not discriminate that shit is nasty.

Sierra, Placer. Nevada, or El Dorado, are the counties you want for close to a good school and tahoe

I have never noticed it humid out on the Delta? Check out Iselton or Rio Vista. Trust me weed grows great out there. You would be surprised how many grows are going on out in the delta. The Delta is our version of the swamp, If you dont have GPS dont travel too far cause you will get lost. It does get hella windy tho in some places!

The Delta is the shit....Hundred of miles of sloughs, rivers, channels etc.....The Delta will lead you to the Golden Gate Bridge. Last year we took a trip out to the Golden Gate and hit up fishermans warf. Driving on the Golden Gate is one thing but floating under it is a completly differnet exp.
