"THIRST" is an amaaaaazing vampire movie, It's by a phenomenal korean director; a foreign film with subtitles. I think its one of the best films ever made, tarantino loves this guy and prolly takes alot from his films.

The director also has a film OLD BOY it is a fucking beautiful revenge film.Thirst and Old Boy are part of a trilogy of unrelated revenge films the director did. They are both fantastically filmed, edited, well written and well played.

both will be favorite films I guarantee, you should probably purchase them as you will want them after you see them.

Also Fear and Loathing is fun to watch, everyone should watch Gonzo, Its an amazing documentary on Doc Hunter Thompson, I'm sure it would make Rez proud.

Seen Where the Buffalo Roam, with Bill Murray? I think Bill plays Thompson better, plus it will have you rolling on the floor, probably my favorite old comedy! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081748/

Old Boy was good too, have to check out that other you mention.

"Perdita Durango",Javier Bardem Rosie Perez movie "loosely" based on real crime story from Mexico Texas border town happenings...Javier and Rosie chew up the scenes as their bad guy/gal roles."The Long Good Friday"... best serious British gangster film ever;Bob Hoskin's film role intro to the rest of the world.Another ol' flic worth watching is "Mccabe and Mrs.Miller",sound track by Leonard Cohen,American pioneer setting. Also,in another post I mentioned that the movie "The Treasure of The Sierra Madre",could be viewed as a parallel to pot growing;WORTH OWNING;a remake could be retitled The Treasure of The Basement Verde'...."Ichi The Killer"...Japanese movie kinda' like live action anime',very good! ANY film by Akira Kurasowa is worth checking out...Need some more titles? Some film noir perhaps?

I'm sure it's been mentioned here already but as I'm about to throw it in the player.......

'Gladiator'

There is a story/documentary called "The story of the Weeping Camel". It's subtitled but its amazing. If you watch it high then there is no way this movie cannot move you. I BELIEVE it premiered at the Indy Film Fest (in Indianapolis) but its about a mongolian nomad family, their way of life, and a Camel that has a baby. Sounds boring but the music, the imagery, and the story are amazing.
