I grabbed these pics this morning.
Sorry about the one not being fully in focus but i was kinda still sleeping when i took them lol.

As you can see they are both growing at a pretty good rate.
I need to pick up some epsom salt for mag soon cause it looks like im begining to see signs of a mag def.

I threw the lights to 12-12 2 days ago just to get these things up and going for a christmas harvest.

Hopefully i dont have any problems with this grow and everything goes perfectly for me.

Dam i just went back through the thread and noticed how much the bigger one has grown in the last 9 days.

I cant wait for these htings to get bigger.
Im going crazy over here though cause i think i see balls on the bigger plant yet it hasnt had any light cut back or anything and its only 6 inches tall as you can tell from the pics above.

Im going to wait a few more days and see what comes of whatever they are though.
Im praying they arent balls so i can have 2 plants still but if its a male its gotta go.

I think i gave them some nutes a little too early.
They both have some small nute burn on the leaves but it could be mag def.
Im going to have to pick up some epsom salt this weekend and give them a shot of it and see what happens.

Will something bad happen if i give them epsom without them needing it ?

nothing bad some growers feed epsoms regularly but i doubt its magnesium their to young to run in to lack of nutrients yet its probably over ferting can you take a pic of the damaged leaves, oh yeah heres a pic of my haze x g13's

Cant wait to see those haze x g13 beans grow out.
I want to get mine started but imafraid of messing up with them so im going to let the c99's grow out first to make sure i have everything under control.

Ok it took alittle longer then a few minutes to get the pics taken and put up but im lazy lol.

Can you guess what it is of ?

its over ferting just give them water when they need it

I cant view the mag def link for some reason.

Ok so by just watering them with plain water will it help those leaves grow back to green or will they just stay burnt like that ?

i doubt the leaves will recover but if the fert burn gets any worse flush them

Its looks to be getting better as in not continuing.

Now all i have to worry about is getting my ballast fixed or replaced soon.

If not then ill be vegging for at least 1-2 months longer then i wanted to.

Im hoping to get this thing back and fixed in the next 3 weeks so i can get some clones and veg for a little longer then flower these babies out.

Ok heres a update for you all once again.

Ok if you havent been in chat while i was then you probably dont know that my ballast blew out for some reason yesterday and i cant get it to work again.

So my plants are under my 4 foot flouro's for right this minute.
This is what they looked like when i got down there.

I like to give them a good look over when im down there checking on them.

Nice green on that bigger plant isnt it ?
Upon further looking on this bigger plant i came across a few things looking like these :

So nevertheless i ended up pulling the bigger plant with the male preflowers or "balls".

I dont see any hint of sex on the smaller one so theres still hope its a female.


As far as my ballast goes i talked to the company today and they are sending me a new 1k ballast tomorrow.
Ill just have to wire my light and plug to it and turn it on.

He didnt want mine back but im going to send it to him so he can figure out what happened.

Yea the male got the yank the other day and my replacement ballast still isnt here yet.
I took some pics of the plant today to update with but havent gotten a chance to put them on my pc yet.
Im trying to figure out why my leaves are starting to go brown again.
I havent given it any nutes since i burnt it a week or so ago and it was doing great but now i look and see that the newer leaves are getting brown spots of them.
Im thinking it might be a mag def. and if it is then ill have to give it a shot of epsom salt but im not sure how much i put in a gallon of water.

you can go ahead and feed the plants some epsoms salts 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per gallon of water
