BEEN OFF THE GROG AND CIGS' FOR A LONG TIME, ONLY XMAS ,HAD ONE LEFT IN FRIDGE FROM XMAS, MATE IS 72 JUST WALKED IN WITH 10 STUBS JUST LEFT WE DRANK THEM AND LAUGHED, HE JUST LEFT , MY STUBBY IS STILL SITTING THERE LOL, STILL TASTE'S GOOD BUT NO LONGER NEED IT. BAD POISON.

hey all my sober ortrying to be sober friends just take it one minute at a time if you have to practice saying no to drinking and before you know it you will be able to say it and mean it and start having days and weeks then months and years under your belt but it all starts slow with the desire to quite and slowly changing your life and where you hang out .nothing worth having is ever easy so just don't quit even if you fall off the wagon get back on and try for a long spell and if you slip again keep trying don't you give up on your self love your self so others can love you back aloha classic seeds

Its has bin over 13 years since I put drinking in my rear view mirror. It is a very personal choice to make the decision to stop. It was good one for me.

I find/FOUND things get a little tough (Daunting) when Folk(s) Around you Mention the Alcohol
or even say "ya doin well"

Yea nc1 bbb the start is the toughest (imo) so well done if things get a little Tough one day always reflect on what yav done so far and even mimick things you did on those successful days if need be

If you lookin' to loose a bit of weight-weigh ya self,maybe daily
you'll look better too especially ya eyes

I figured since the money I'll save (which will be quite considerable now that I think about it) will be going into the upgrades I want to make for my growroom....this is nothing but a win/win situation.

I'm fortunate that my drinking hasn't hurt anyone but myself ...and reading that back to myself...might be reason 'enuff to quit.

IF you drank half as much as i did before I set in down your going to notice improvement in both your health and mental outlook. LOL...with all you're cash you're going to save, I'm sure the grow will get those upgrades pretty quickly. Good luck.

shit prior to quitting i was spending $700 a month on beer. 12 a day x $25 x 28 days. disgraceful. i have no business spending that kind of dough on anything. let alone renting beer. every drop i pissed away.

For me -at the start of the 27th day- Ive noticed Food has become much more Attractive! Taste too.
Other Night had a "Hunters Chicken" Delivered by Mistake.. ie Chichen breast covered in smoked streaky bacon and cheese on top
10 minutes before cooking in the oven has finished you add a sachet of BBQ sauce [thats included] covering the lot.. YUM meant for 2 but i ate the whole lot by as it is even tho the packaging shows chips n stuff
Had that again yesterday but with chips.
