i lost weight when i gave up.Weight has stayed off,so it proves that all those beary carbs
us men love is just excess.

I'll be sober for 2 years on Xmas Eve. Replace your booze with cannabis. I smoke about an ounce a month now. I have good connections and get named strains and legit shit that was meant for the dispensary, as opposed to what I did when I was drinking and just get a $20 every day off the street. Life is good without alcohol. I will never drink again, it's poison and should be illegal. It kills.

brothers, i could really use some encouragement at the moment. the bottle is really kicking my ass right now and its destroying everything i care about. i cant understand how this can be legal. alcohol brings out an evil inside of me that otherwise wouldnt exsist. i get totaled and say some things that are beyond mean and awful. the rage is hard for me to comprehend. any other time im fine. i can coexsist,problem solve, confront people in a respectful manner. but add alcohol and im ready to strangle tinkerbell. alcohol is the single worst influence in my life. tomorrow its over. this demon needs to be out done one drink at a time...

Have an Incentive! Mine as previous posts have said is so i can get driving again..Having failed a Medical twice due to my swollen liver/pancreas etc...

Dont throw the stuff away plan that this is gonna be your last bottle? then put what money you would spend on booze in a designated area and whatch the piloe grow/get bigger

Nowt wrong with social drinking Lef or even by yourself with a 6 pack watching a game or something..
For me You know you got problems when you drink whiskey,brandy,vodka etc Neat!
Also when you have a big desire to start Ingesting Soon as you Wake!

i would'nt touch beer [again unless social] only Spirits

The more things you have to occupy yourself the better for sure growing/smoking weed and planning is Excellent for that!
Im 43 next month and have been banned from Driving Since April 07 2008..

That's what your doctor will tell you. (Mine told me that for years)

For many years I would drink 10 beers and about 10 Jack Daniels every night after work. So I decided to stop. After seeing some friends of mine die from alcoholism, it was easy to quit cold turkey.

It doesn't bother me a bit to not drink Alcohol, I don't feel pressured by my friends.

thanks amigos. my only negative influence is myself. im draining these last three beers and then taking a zero tolerance policy. its the only thing that works for me. there is nothing to miss. i have drank an ocean of alcohol. way more than my share. time to just really leave it alone.
