He hasn't proven shit. Chances are his "dismal" results were a result of several other factors, his nutrients, high temps, high PH, spidermites, powdery mildew, etc or he had shitty strains.
Chance has nothing to do with growing, at least for me. I've grown the strain in question several times before, no mites, pm or ph problems, maybe an early overfert in the beginning of flower, but nothing disastrous.
It was the lights, or lack thereof that caused the biggest loss in yield. That's with bare vertical bulbs, but I don't see how a set of hoods would IMPROVE side-lighting and overlap over a bare bulb, it would certainly decrease it.
For the flip-flop fans that suggest a flip as a means of countering electrical surveillance, how do you plan on explaining the 4,8, 16KW CONSTANT draw to anyone that asks? There are very very few devices that use anywhere near that much power constantly, 24X7X365. The only thing that would draw that kind of power would be 2-3 servers per KW. Are we all running dozens of servers in multiple racks?
