I'm happy that you find 'medibles' something that you find helpful and that you enjoy.
Having said that, I was given some 'canna-butter' as a gift for providing another Oregon MMJ patient with some plants and medicine. It was a very nice jester and well appreciated.
Having said that, if the ingestion of cannabis 'medibles' was my only 'cannabis' option, I would seek out the best heroin source that I could find. I found 'medibles' too horrible (taste) to consider.
And the 'tinctures' that I've been provided with by various Oregon patients was pretty much worthless.
Maybe it's just me though. MASHUP has had some of my medicine and perhaps he'll be willing to add a comment or two.

Really though, it's CC that has me dedicating a spare light for true organic growing, plain and simple. Smell, flavor, taste, potency - it's all there!

Sorry to hear that CC. Growing up in Los Angeles, I had access to dispensary edibles starting in highschool. As soon as i Turned 18, I myself was a young connisuer going to different dispensarys DAILY. I found that "brownies" are usually all the same, and the taste that you're talking about and dont like is pretty unpleasant to some. So i understand what your saying. But on the otherhand, if you get creative, some recipes compliment that flavor quite nicely. For example, i was once told by the owner of a dispensary to make macaroni and cheese with it. To this day, that is my favorite medicinal edible. Be creative. You may be suprised what random things are good. Maybe I just enjoy it a bit and wish everyone could enjoy it as much. Just a few words of wisdom.

Haha, then obviously you know about the badlands... I grew up in Upland. Little bit more inland. but you know how it is anyways.
I know Upland very well. My mother grew up there amid the orange groves (1920's and 1930's) and such.
Used to be a very nice place indeed.

Hey yall, i make rice krispy treats with berry rice krispys and that flavor is very very faint add a lil vanilla extract and poof! taste gone completely. i hate that planty taste too so i use my kitchen skills to help make that shit taste dank, i cant wait to try makin a tincture with a couple oz of keef only to get a real strain tasting swig.

Since 1987, Portland has hosted the annual Waterfront Blues Festival which supports the 'Oregon Food Bank' - over 100 acts over 4 days with 4 different stages. Etta James will be playing Thursday night @ 9:00 PM
The cost is $10.00 per day. Meaning that if you go all 4 days, it will cost you $40.00 - chump change.
It's also 'suggested' that you donate a couple of cans of food. The need is great and there's a lot of homeless families, homes without enough food, poverty. This festival is one of the best on the West Coast and the price is right and it's for a good cause.

Just enjoying a couple of bags from the old volcano before I head off to the Organic Brewers festival to lend a hand. This should be a very good festival - great weather, good brew and a nicely cured crop of Bog's LifeStar. Summertime in the northwest were the living is easy.
