Very interesting, Lap!

Nice work on the reflectors!
I've heard some peeps have to tape the duct / reflector connections too. :2cents:

Those style of drippers are new to me.

It looks like the droplets come out of the hose, run down the length of the stake, while soaking into the soil.

Stakes connect to 1/4" hose...connects to 1/2" hose...connects to 1/2" cpvc...

Very nice! :chin:

Thanks for taking the time, bro! :respect:

:lurk:

Actually, I think it's 1/8" tubing that the stakes go into. If you went to a hydro store and asked for spaghetti tubing, that's what it is. Or Lowes Hardware also carries it. Mister mister brand.

Nice work! I only mention this as my area the fire dept. comes around once a year with some advance notice to "inspect" biz locations for code violations and such. I had three days and moved all plants into clothing storage boxes and sealed em broke down all the equipment and rented a van to stash it in. All went well and was re-buildt in 8 hours after they left.
Later on (3 years later in fact!) a duct hose went bad and "smelly" went all over the neighborhood!! I gave a 30 day notice and departed. I miss that place, glad you're up and runnin' I'm lookin' for a new spot as I've got too too much eq to just have sittin' around, lol. Peace and grease!

Just doing some re-reading & found a couple of posts...

I will have ~5ft. of flexi tubing coming off each of those upright pipes. From the flexi tubing, I will have 20 spaghetti lines coming off the flexi tubing with dripper stakes at the end, going into 20, 3 gallon grow bags, where my plants will be loving life. I have a ball valve at the base of each upright. My rez will be outside the room. I fill up the rez with whatever the 20 plant section needs and turn it on until it drains all out. They're good for 2-3 days. 120 plants will be taken care of in about 10 minutes. I'm using the PBP line with Liquid Karma and Sweet and I love it.
Lots of info in that one!:headbange
Can't help but be a little curious to your PBP/LK/Sweet doses @ diff stages...:listen2:

And, then theres this one.
My medium is either promixBX or the B'cuzz sphagnum peat, with extra perlite thrown in and fine dolomite lime to balance the acidic peat. I put that in 3 gallon grow bags.
When I first read this, I thought that you would add extra perlite & lime to both the Promix, or the B'cuzz.
Now that I re-read it, it sounds like you would use Pro Mix straight out of the bag. And, just amend the B'cuzz Peat.
I'm familiar w/ Promix & am trying to understand your perlite ratio. :D

Thanks for all your help, Lapides! :respect:

...must spread rep blah blah blah...
You know I'll get ya!

Lapides - Impressive work my friend!:respect: Keep up the good work.:yes:

I have that same LG unit in my 6k room and it works great. In my room i have the dehumidifier run-off draining into a 35 gallon reservoir which i use later to feed my plants.

not to be a negative nancy but is that super "pro" thing to prevent hermies?
at first i laughed when i saw that but then thought about it and it seemed if not pretty cool at least very thoughtfull

Alot of people cover all LED's on A/C's, DH, controllers etc to prevent hermies. It may or may not be an issue but once you set the DH,A/C etc, you rarely come back to it, so why not tape them up? Some strains are supposedly VERY sensitive

I have hydrofarm hoods which I thought were pretty decent quality, but it turns out they leak too. So we are taping them up as well.

any atmospheric controllers, ie.humidity controller, Co2 controls, etc.. power strips, or any other devices in your room that have LEDs should be taped over.

Attention to detail.:2cents::joint:
