can somone post a pic of the real Purple Kush? I'm getting the same respond about this Pk on my thread like the rest of the other threads I've read... some say it's rea,l others say it's not... I'm clueless... as I haven't been lucky enough to be graced by the real PK... This is the same Pk in, the great book of buds 3 by: ed rosenthel. I was at a book store when I came across it. and even he says it's a real PK... how many versions of this strain are there?

the pk from bluesky, as far as i know it is real pk, if anything i heard it might be ultraviolet.. i have had grown and smoke pk from bluesky ,and at the same time i bought some urkel from the club. and i can tell you that they both taste different but look somewhat simular.

one and only one, the rest are hybrids or fakes. theres LOTS of fake kush clones going round cali, dont be sad its still dank ass weed i bet.

My bro has the bomb PK mother, she is tried and true.....This weekend I was with some fellow IC'ers and after puffing on 12 different types the PK put everyone up a notch....Really kushy flavor, slightly grapey, musky kush after taste, heavy head and body high...

I would agree with Mr. Celcius and jay kush in that it doesnt look like the PK that I have seen...

Thats kinda the problem with clubs, too many cuts from too many people and they somehow get messed up or mislabled, or it's an issue with the vendor...Most of the cutters out there are less than organized.... I and my friends have obtained too many mislabeled cuts, so I know... The most famous was my buddies supposed SSH that wound up being a fruity indica of some sort ??? Some one dropped the ball....

Code- looking nice my friend... the finish product looks solid purple... I sure hope mines turns out like that... I'm going to give it a 3 week flush even though i know organics does not need it... I just want it to turn outrages purple!

Jaykush - ride on... I know it'll be dank for sure but it just bothers me that it my not be the real thing...

Aerokush101 - thanks for the interest and yeah I'm impressed my self to... it may be the organic nutrients bringing out the color alittle faster as I've heard it could do that. My friend is running the same strain in a drip hydro setup and his didn't turn till the last week or so.

rounders02 - I've also heard that same thing... that it could be an ultraviolet cross but from what ed says in his book its a Hindu kush cross? So I;m thinking... Hindu kush cross? first time I've heard that one.

None the less... it will be dank and thanks to some Sr-71 guess for chiming in!

sophisto real pk has no grape taste what so ever, even in the undertones. straight kush taste to the richest thickest smoke.

drymouth- only way to really know 100% for sure you have a real deal is make one yourself. plus is more fun that way too :) now that thats passed lets see some more nug porn that shit is danky.

well in my opinion sr-71/bluesky was the original purveyor of the purple kush that is today's standard. ie: the shit ED R had a 2page spread on giving props to the oakland club and strain.

older growers ive talked to have mentioned a purple kush that they remember from many years ago but as of now the purple kush label belongs to sr-71/bluesky imho.

so in other words i don't know why a couple of you don't think its PK..?

smokin some right now,hehe.purple kush has officially taken over the high-end market in BC.some of the tastiest,thickest smoke.the stone is very nice for an indica.cant complain when a plant like that dominates the market.

Damn some dank ass looking nugs. i got 3 PK clones in some ocean forest about a month veggin under a 600 watt hps. They look no where near as bomb as you'rs did after a month but they were only under floros for the first 3 weeks so they got some roids with the added wattage and grow big nutes.

Code - I second that my brother... I think from now on this Purple Kush to me... well... is, "Purple Kush" Sr-71 calls it that, Ed calls it that, many others on here call it that... I'mah' call it that...

HeresTheDank - Rideon' for the good vibes... Ocean Forest you say... Dam good choice! thats what my girls were in. I fed organic teas, and sprayed them with the tea as well... If yours are a month old there going to be like 3ft. monsters! you said your using Grow Big nute's? let me know how it turns out with them nute's.

bigbag - It commands the highs were I'm at as well... I think anything purple in general will command high prices at least were I'm at! You could just make up the name coupled with the purple color and it will sell! Thats why alot of peeps out here will argue and debate over what is the real thing... imho. Cuzz there all being sold different types of purple with different types of names! seen it happen to many times... Rideon' for the good vibes!

That orange creme strain looks good!

I also got 6 PKs about 25 days in flower and they look identical in structure to yours and also in very similar pots (7.5x7.5)...

How long are you gonna let her go?

How much do you think you will pull off that plant?

any other tips?
