Punto rojo selection and repro

Lots to catch up on. First, the seed plants. Last month a failed solenoid valve in the automated watering system I had set up in the seed-plant tent upstairs resulted in a near miss from disastrous water damage in my house. I said fuck it, they can stay outside and I'll pull them in when the frost comes. SO I snapped some photos of the seed plants on October 11 at 42N as I moved them outside.

of course it was half a joke..

and yeh I know ,relative to something actually chunky its whispy

but its relative to things that make what you have there look like big bud..

the pr’s I have seen look even skinnier..

GOOD GROW JOB
Thanks dude; I misinterpreted your joke.

I've seen skinnier also in a PR x mangobiche. I'll be interested to grow out a coupl e of the 1:1 pairings I make with PR19, the most feral looking plant.

Do you know where to get more punto rojo seeds or will you be doing a conservation run by chance. I'm trying to find some and I'm not having much luck.
If not oldcoolsativa, here are two other choices I have found

I have never ordered from there or grown Punta Rojo, but I want too

Today I checked aromas on the seed plants. Because these plants have the most mature flowers, their aromas are best developed. Aromas include pine and cedar, citrus (but not sweet), pepper / spice. And then there was plant #21, which really stood out: coffee and caramel (but not sweet). Incredibly complex and unlike anything I've ever smelled on a plant before. #21 is looking more and more like THE keeper.

See the thread.

With the benefit of hindsight, I'd say you'd have to run a lot more TLT punto rojo plants to find a keeper than you would if you started with CBG (or BSC) seed stock.
