Arnold already decriminalized, its practically legal now anyway. Last 2 times i got pulled over with,more than an ounce and they let me go and keep my weed not even knowing i was a patient! I see people from other states and countries bagging on californians for not passing 19 but check this out- WE started this movement for OUR growers and parients, and we are the forefront of the movement for a reason, we get active, what is you and your state doing? Please dont judge us for not voting for what most mom n pop growers believe would be corporate takeover. When a better bill is written it will pass. RIP Jack.

i'm 20 and i voted no hash, it was right down the street from my house so wasn't too bad, i did drive though.
