herbalizor - you know it its good with fresh air sometimes! in the same way i think i feel sometimes i gotto get out of here too lol

metamorf - yeah man - how ever not every watering. sometimes pure water only.. also when i give pk13/14 i lower the nute dose to 50% or less.

really big plants can handle occasional stronger doses - but also occasionally watering with 10-15ml ml / 10l works.

im glad to anounce some of the beans of the ssh/ptk x ptk germed!

long time ago i got 2 original seeds of PTK from Raco on icmag, when i grew them out only one germed and it was a male - i used the male on on my ssh x ptk keeper and i made a few beans. it hits me now i should have made a lot more!

anyway amongst these ssh/ptk x ptk there might be a nice male or female for making more beans..

lets see how it goes - but its getting fun to experiment with making crosses etc

also i found some beans i made more.. PTK f2! so its all getting an other level of posibilities!

i also made an few others with the SSHxPTK keeper of ours; a small amount of mixed seeds using parents of cascadia and LDS (lsd#4 x DC) and im going to test them out later also.

there is a lot more crosses i made to grow out - but when time comes they get presented!

jotake is startin to bud up a little bit

the short alibi and the short ssh x ptk are the second most developed.

the big alibi is not long after..

i transplanted the 2 big moms, and also i snipped away some tiny mini branches and some bad leaf..

clones rooted of ssh x ptk (our keeper) - 26

new seedlings - 38 - of them 5 known are ssh/ptk x ptk - the rest is from the batch that fell on the floor.. so 33 surprises..

temp in grow room is a bit low - 20º

there is still 5 plants not properly sexed - 2 ssh x lp, 1 congo, 1 vl, 1 mb

just saw why the Pandora had made it passed the female check - its a darn weird hermie of sorts.. well - FEMALE PRE-flowers - and the rest is fullblown male flowers. havent had this bad cases manytimes. gonna cut the (she) male down ASAP.

i dont know from where the PANDORA has gotten the HERMIE-trait. im not familiar with neither F13 nor bubblegum really..

my new grow room is the most light proof one i ever built. its a room inside a room - and i have taken extreme measures.

so this one is either some genetic mess-up or BAD genes. ill try some other seeds some other time - but this is a bit scetchy.

i dont mind females that get a few nanners in late flowering.. but something like this is out of the norm.

the SSH x LP males continue normally and nicelly.

the VL male is very slow but OK.

my HPS room gets only 17º at nights.. i think im in for some colorfull buds..

JOTAKE has pink calyx..

im a tiny bit worried about the night temps beeing way too low, the day temps are low too - at only around 20-22. putting in a gas heater will be a bit expensive.. but in the end - since i also work close by in my workshop - some heat is necesary..

2 diva g x love potion - sativa dominant
a - still stretching, a bit later to develop budsites
b - earlier to develop budsites, big calyx and the build up of the calyx lengthwise.. might be an interesting looking one! some resin is showing









2 jamaica x uzbekistan - hybrid
both are very similar, short branches, a lot of budsites starting to show, very sativa looking, looks like few calyx this far per site - budsites are not buidling up yet, more of a stretchy stalk with a few calyx, but many of these. resin is starting to show









2 cheese/trainwreck x PTK - hybrid
both are very similar and has PTK dominance, a fair bit of vigour in stretch;
a - the 2 tops pheno has the bud sites more devoleped..
b - nice structure, bud sites starting to develop









3 ssh x ptk - hybrid
a - slowest to develop busites, fat leafs, strong structure and vigorous stretch. thick branches
b - a bit faster to develop budsites, slightly thinner leaf, a bit less thick branches
c - wide leafs, few fingered, early to develop budsites, much shorter than the others. more sativa in veg.

both look very similar, medium leaf width, thin branches, well developed budsites. lots of resin starting to build up. leafs in the tips are sugar coated.. looks hybrid
















1 jamaican - ?
more sativa looking than the Beeniemans choise, but sligth hybrid looks. resin starting to build up.

of them there are two who are a bit less fortunate looking. but might get going in stretch now when they are under the lights. the third is a nice sativa with some stretch.

huge calyx - looks like a good round maybe








2 ECSD x OGK - indica
both got lots of branching and and an almost inexistent internodal distance. "stacked". the main tip has not stretched at all during the first weeks of 12/12 - but the branches are soon reaching the height of the main kola. im sure with mroe space they would be perfectly round looking. this strain needs even more VEG-time than the 2 months given.. !

a bit slow in veg these ones - some are thin stemmed others look more stronger. not a tremendous amount of vigour, but individiual examples are quite vigourous
there is 2 ssh x lp without sexing yet.


3 (new) ssh x ptk ( - 3 of same) (an other 4th is rooting)
this one pheno is really vigorous in veg and its going to be fun to flower it later

1 ssh/ptk x unknown
this one is very indica dominant and looks like some PTK pollen maybe sneaked past the security.. nice look anyway - bushy


the moms seem to have gone well thru the transplants and they are growing like mad..


the clones from the first round are getting big enough to get transplanted soon, how ever im going to wait a few days. ive spotted out 4 very well grown ones, and 5 fairly well grown. im going to keep them and flower them in the next round... 10 other of the smaller clones will in time go to a friend. he can wait a few weeks for them to grow... later an other 10 will go to a coop friend - but its uncertain when. dependig on things...

the only thing i can say now is i have to completelly remake the growroom some future day - put in insolation and sort out some other ideas i got. high up on the agenda is one more 600W - wich i think would most likelly make a huge difference in a space like the one i use.. but if i do that i will scale down the veg part a bit..

also some future day i will re-build the flowering table/wood structure a bit..

one more idea is to run out the drainwater directly to the garden, to a lemon or orange tree.. this way i could propably lower the table a bit more and gain more vertical plant space - and have fat lemons for my mojitos as a side effect.

started feeding today lightly with PK13-14. lowered nute dose to 70% and gave 1/3 dose of PK - but only a small amount of the solution to each plant starting to bud up. later i will give more. still havent had time to get out to look for a molasses. maybe at last i will go to the grow shop to see what they have but first i will look for other alternatives.

the temps are keeping low..

yesterday i noticed one of the DG x LP is having a quite interesting onset of flowering - its starting to grow calyx quite vigorously and at the moment it looks like smal wheet pods with the long hairs and the manner the calyx are distributed along the length of the growth.

this one might become a foxtailing, inverted broomstick looking pheno..

the Jamaica / Uzbekistan has s pungent strong smell, and resin on the fan leaves in the tips, how ever the budsites are very airy and dont seem to start packing on weigth yet. also the budsites dont look to esthetical at the moment but it might change.

the jotake is quickly fattening up - it might be a very early pheno. lets see how the budsites fatten up etc.. also the smell at the moment is not very potent nor interesting.

the SSH x LP is starting bud up and its a lot more earlier than expected - might be a fairly SSH dominant cross? lets see how it goes later on in flowering..

the jamaican genetics are behaving very well at the moment - no sign of starting to hermie or anything yet - im optimistic about them - they are both (the negril and the Beeniemans choise) getting signs of becoming resinous. both showed indica leaning traits in veg - but now in flower it looks slightly more sativa-ish, although the budsites look like they are growing in a fairly compact manner at the moment.

in general both jamaicans look a lot lite hybrids with indica growth in height, and sativa leaf shape. internodal distance is ok and the stretch has not been too big, nor is it branching etc - the growth is really quite columnar of sorts.. all in all seems suitable for indoor growing this far.

the ECSD x OGK is showing strongly indica influenced growth in VEG and in early flowering, but with somewhat a hybrid branch build up. it is obviouos a huge part of the genes are sativa - from leaf shape etc. also it is interesting the lack of vigour - i mean the plant grows etc - but its VERY slow and its not possible to really tell progress from one day to an other.. its going to be interesting to see how the flowering changes the behaviour, since still they are in the stretch stage - and bit by bit the branches are becoming the length of the main stalk, who knows how much more..

definetly looks like im in for big nugs on the SSH x PTK keeper of mine - the tips are building up VERY nicelly and i can see some huge calyx allready - around 6-8 mm and still there is no brown hairs. im keeping my thumbs for extra nice nugs
